Good stay as always but hate they got my room wrong.

I love the location and overall setup.

My room was wrong. I always book months in head of time and I ALWAYS reserve the Balcony room with the River View.. They gave me a City View room. And that disappointed me..

Bridges bartender needs classes in de-escalation.

The head of housekeeping named Michael Skeen is a wonderful helpful human being who made my experience a lot better.

I was at this bar late night on April 9, 2024. I was indeed intoxicated already (my bad), though the bartender kept serving me. I got into an argument with some [redacted] of a customer who couldn't pronounce the name "Giovanni" (he was pronouncing as "Geeeee-oh-vah-nee" and making the risible claim that his Italian grandparents pronounced it that way). Normally I just bite my tongue when I see displays of ignorance, but drinking had lowered my inhibitions. So of course I told him how wrong he was, and how wrong his grandparents are if they really did pronounce it that way. I probably cursed a bit too. What did didn't do was threaten anyone. I didn't break anything. I didn't punch or throw objects. I just insulted people. The children couldn't handle it. The bartender could have just stayed out of it. He could have de-escalated things. What he did was take the poorly educated patron's side against me. I can't swear to it because my memory is fragmented, but I'm pretty sure the bartender threatened me with violence. It is my belief that he did, but I could be wrong. Regardless, he wasn't professional in how he handled the situation. There is more to the story that doesn't have to do with Bridges, but what I really wanted to do was warn people about the possible unprofessional conduct of the staff at this bar. The bartender was on duty late April 9, 2024 into April 10, 2024. When I get his name I'll add information.

Location, staff,facilities, restaurant. For the Little Rock Marathon, this is the best place to stay.

Both pros and cons, but overall a good place to stay!

The property is at an excellent location in downtown Little Rock, close to the Robinson Center and Statehouse Convention Center. The employees couldn’t have been more helpful during my stay. The restaurant and bar were great and the room was cleaned everyday.

Breakfast is $16 unless you pay in advance. There isn’t a mini fridge or microwave in the hotel room, but there’s one down in the lobby. Parking is $15/day through the hotel but only $10 for non-hotel people to park. WiFi is also not free unless you make a Hilton Honors account.

Overpaid.

Refrigerator would've been nice or a microwave. They had no menu to order room service. It's not worth thr value. It was a pretty nice room beside that and the view was ok.

No refrigerator or microwave nor menu to order food for room service. For it to be a king suit it lacked the basics.

It was a very nice hotel and will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

I loved the location and convenience of where the hotel was. The staff was friendly and everything was clean.

The room was very small. I was disappointed that we didnt know about the shuttle to carry us to the concert we were there for after we paid a lot of money for a Uber.

Rooms are very outdated

The room just didn't seem clean for the price i paid. I also booked a room with a view of the River but instead ended up on the city side. The balcony was not clean at all and the room never got below 73 degrees. The staff were great though. Very friendly people.

Not impressed at all. Stayed in Hampton Inns nicer for less.

There is no organization with the valet or drop off valet area. Our room was old and boring. Corner window drapery didn't keep out the morning easterly sun.

I will never stay here again.

That it was close to the event we went to.

Everything it was nasty. We payed $400.00 for one night. The dresser was nasty, No ice machine on the floor we were on it said it was, no remote for tv. Can’t watch tv. call down to front desk said was going bring one and did. night stand was dirty, paint was cheap off a lot of things. look outside see how nasty the building was no refrigerator or microwave in room.. Paid all that money for one night. Motel 6 is better. I don’t like to stay there. I have refrigerator , microwave, clean night stand, and remote.

would NOT stay here again . this is not a typical Doubletree . more like a Motel 6

location is the ONLY good thing about this property .

Great location but facilities a bit worn out

location to the event we went to was right next door

furniture in room was a bit worn out especially the desk chair, carpets in public areas and elevators threadbare I was also frustrated that there were no cups in bathroom

Fantastic room. Very clean and both Shuttle drivers we had were amazing.

Loved our location. We did ask for a room with a river view and we did not get that but our room was very clean and comfortable. We booked here because we wanted "shuttle service" to a concert. I called directly and was reassured they would definitely be running a shuttle. I questioned because one of the facility's we stayed at previously had cancelled all shuttles.

Would have loved to be on the river side. The staff was never rude but they were very short with us when we asked about a shuttle(the MAIN reason we booked is because I called the facility directly and they assured me they would be running a shuttle to the concert we were attending). When we asked we were told very abruptly that was ONLY IF IT WAS AVAILABLE. They did reach out to the shuttle driver and we arrived to our concert in a timely manner and were picked up by a fantastic driver very promptly.

It had close accommodations to Robinson center and had a beautiful view of the river.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It seemed outdated and the toilet seat was broken.
