My husband and I traveled to Venice with our two teenagers to fish on Spring Break. The house was exactly what we needed. The pictures honestly don’t do this listing justice. The house boat is clean and well laid out. The bed rooms are upstairs and the beds were all very comfortable. The half bath was well positioned between the bedrooms. The full bath was on the main level. The water pressure was great and the towels were plush. The kitchen had everything we needed for our three day stay. The keurig definitely was handy. The internet was a major plus! Although I know it can be impacted due to weather, we never lost connection. The house has a washer and dryer that was very convenient after a day in the sun fishing. Our boat captain was able to pick us up from the back deck of the house boat. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Venice.

Everything was layed out and as shown on site and that is a plus!! Amy was very helpful even though she was away on a trip of her own!! Will be back over the summer and will book with Amy again!!

Great location. If your counting on having plenty of ice for your boat and ice chest this place has a small machine that takes a long time to fill and there is no scoop for the ice so we had to make due. There is multiple electrical outlets that do not work through out the place as well. It was an ok place we will probably not stay at this particular unit again.
