Одно из первых и главных характеристик хорошего отеля это персонал - им огромная благодарность за работу!, на все мои вопросы и затруднения, не связанные с проживанием, пошли на встречу и очень помогли! Номер оказался не просто большим а огромным на три кровати)) очень порадовал отлично работающий холодильник в номере, присутствие всех гигиенических принадлежностей
не совсем поняла свет с датчиком движения на входе в номер, вентиляция в ванной комнате очень шумно работает даже в выключенном режиме, видимо "продувает" с первого этажа, скрипящие двери

I enjoyed everything about Arhan, I was pleasantly surprised with the amount and quality of breakfast which was a highlight to wake up to every morning.
The only thing I didn't like was the bed - it was a little hard, but I found out later it's because it's a local preference for harder beds for better backs. Other colleagues staying at other hotels also mentioned the same thing about their hotel beds being hard as well. But I did manage to get good sleep throughout my stay, so I didn't mind it too much.

Normal and varied breakfast. With a large number of visitors, a buffet is arranged.
The TV is not smart. The air temperature is regulated in the registry.
