The staff were very helpful and friendly made the stay nice. The location of the place was great and the view from our room over looking the city was nice.
The breakfast buffet was very poor which I was not expecting because we ate at the restaurant the night before and loved it.
For 200,000 I expected a lot more options and better quality food. The hot food options were minimal and very bland. The dried apricots which Samarkand is well known for were so stale that they were very hard to chew.

I really like the property. The property was clean and the rooms were good. The restaurant was amazing and the food was fresh.
The bathroom was not the cleanest. The grout in the shower was dirty and that was a bit of turn off. But otherwise everything was good.

The room, fitness center, breakfast, and staff. Special thanks to Asadbek and Ismigul for their hospitality and welcoming personalities. I also want to thank the gentleman who checked me in and brought my duffel bag to my room. I didn’t get his name, but his welcoming and smile and asking if everything was fine set the tone for the entire stay. A special thanks to him.

Room was comfortable
Tv stations were not showing properly. My room access card randomly stopped working. There was very little day to day variation with breakast options.
