Junior Suites 8412 & 8512 nice and cosy , has big balconies with nice view. Location of this hotel is near touristic sites,
Lady Dildora at Front Desk is helpful and courteouse, her smile cheers us all up !!!!
The toilet bidet was not plugged!!! No signage on how the shower works, and insufficient wall plugs for us to work around. Pillows are too soft for our liking. We had to wait 1 hour for our food at dinner in the bar on 14 Sept 2025. The breakfast buffet set up is so disorganised...need to go around looking for marmalade and butter which are set up on a different counter. Whats the point ???? Hotel should consider Guest's satisfaction and conveniences. Cafe Staff has indifferent attitude,i am utterlfy surprised to see waiters walking around with hands in their pockets...not attending to guests !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
