I like the staff and the hotel facilities, room cleaned etc.
Located on a narrow street with a steep slope, making access difficult even for taxi drivers. The breakfast is very simple and Georgian bread is missing.

Quiet, well equipped rooms (we had 3 rooms). Excellent breakfast in a very pleasant room. Great location.
Nothing really - carpets a bit grubby would be the only thing.

The rooms are modern and clean. Ours had a balcony with a lovely view. The wifi was very good. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood (although it did not look like this in the beginning).
The rooms are not properly insulated. That means that we could hear our neighbor loud and clear very late in the evening. There was no cleaning service during our stay.

Really friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good location too.
The TV in my room didn't work. The first night I was there, the fire alarm went off when I was in the shower. All the lights went off, was really unpleasant. Also the wifi didn't reach well to my room, I struggled with that a lot. I would've changed rooms if I stayed longer, but I was only there for a couple nights.
