Comfy beds, very clean, quiet. A lovely welcome pack of cake, milk and wine left for us with lots of local information in a folder
House felt a bit cold but we worked out just to adjust thermostat on landing to kick start heating

Lovely place to stay, comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen, would be more than happy to stay there again.
Hot water was dangerously hot, the book says the plumber says it needs to be like that, but hot water only needs to be above 70 degrees occasionally to prevent the already low risk of Legionnaire's disease, the risk of scalding by overly hot water is much greater. And running the hot water at a lower temperature is better for the environment too, most modern condensing boilers are less efficient at 70 degrees than 55.

The location was good.
A nice welcome pack
A couple of the chairs in the sitting room need replacing as they are very uncomfortable and quite dirty. No tea cloths or kitchen hand towel. This should be mentioned and clients would bring ha their own. 1 dishwasher tablet provided - what’s that all about? Very little loo roll and no spare.
