The cottage was cosy and clean with a very comfy bed. It was great to have tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. It was set in lovely peaceful surroundings just a short stroll away from the NYMR station and lots of walks right on the doorstep! Lovely place to to unwind and enjoy peace and quiet with the sound of steam trains going by.

Liked that the property was close to the village centre. Quirky spiral staircase to upper level which looked nice but not the best to navigate. Bed although low was quite comfortable. Nice big shower. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits a nice touch along with ice in the freezer. Electric velux windows helped keep the property cool.
Although sat nav did bring us up to the property, it was hard to see from the driveway with the hedges. A sign at the gate would help. What 3 words may also help others to be a little more certain where the property is ///fidelity.joined.swoop. Be aware that the property can be accessed from the main house through the door in the kitchen as we found out when guests arrived next door. A lock on both sides should be fitted for security and not just a latch.
The displayed internet password was incorrect, although the owner texted the correct one. The property was just spoiled a little with kick plates missing in kitchen, flooring gaps and fixtures missing.
Seating not the most comfortable but can be arranged to suit. Can hear the air conditioning from next door.
