Property was relatively clean and safe. No bugs or insects. Beds were clean, no stains etc.
A/C was ice cold, but as loud as a semi-truck, so I slept with ear plugs.
Wifi did not work, even tho my tablet said it was connected. I tried for 45 minutes before I gave up.
Breakfast was fine, it wasnt all carbs, even though it was largely carbohydrates.
I will definitely stay there again. i chose this hotel over a dozen others, and drove an extra hour to reach this location based on the reviews, which stated that it was bug free. (The reviews on a dozen other hotels along my route had bugs, insects, degenerates at property etc, but not this location in Hickory!)
Wifi did not work.
A security guard at night time to patrol the parking area would have been comforting.

Our room was very clean. The shower had great water pressure, lots of hot water, it was tall enough for my 6’5” husband. Bed was the comfiest bed we’ve had at a hotel. All of the staff that we interacted with were friendly and very professional.

Staff was friendly and a restaurant bar was at least right next to facility. Seafood restaurant at the facility if you want something to eat close.
Pool was not in use and needed to be cleaned some.

It looks nice on the outside but I was in aware of the construction going on on the floor above me so we was up most the night, no one told us. The doors look like they’re easily broken into felt a lil weird about that room was some what clean. But comfortability was okay not too bad it’s a beautiful place just need it to look more safe . Great staff
