Location for what we needed. Very comfortable & private
Old dryer & fridge hadn’t been Cleaned.
Also had slot of trouble getting the keys out of the locked device, especially as we arrived in darkness.

The property was in a quiet area close to The Western Highway. Springwood shopping area was reasonably close. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery and cookware.
Entry to the main door of the unit is on a slope from the front of the property. There is a 3 step up to the bathroom and bedroom from the main living area. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Information regarding the closest shopping centre would have been helpful.

it was clean and comfortable.

brand new, very comfortable, new black couch is comfortable, bed very comfortable with extra blankets and sheets available in the cupboard, bbq, laundry facilities, great kitchen with everything there you need including coffee pods, oil, salt & pepper. A lovely welcoming touch was the complimentary bottle of wine. Great location and the birds coming in to be fed was a bonus.
parking was ok but the parking bay would be better if it was a concrete pad. street parking is available but we prefer to park on-site.
The four internal stairs connecting the living space to the bathroom/bedroom would benefit from the addition of a handrail.

could do with a dust pan and broom, a dish cloth, tissues and a hair dryer. a few suggestions that we would have appreciated being there.

bed was comfortable .
easy access.
The couch was uncomfortably hard and small. certainly not the one pictured .
the toaster needs replacing . it doesn’t stay on without holding it. sorry I meant to leave a note about this .
A grater would be a helpful addition to kitchen supplies.
a hair dryer would have been helpful but understand I should have checked this on booking .

Very high quality furnished 1 bedroom property - felt really premium furnishings.
Good communication from hosts
1. This is not a 2 bedroom property as listed. The sofa bed is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Should be listed as a 1 bed not a 2 bed.
2. The company used to administrate the bookings are absolute pests and incredibly unprofessional. I was sent so many emails, firstly with an invoice to wire money to a bank account - this is not how I would normally expect a Booking.com booking. Many emails followed with requests to sign ridiculous waivers with fines for not taking rubbish out.
Alexandro Homes are incredibly unprofessional and not in the spirit of easy bookings on Booking.com which is meant to be an easy and stress free booking process.

Nice and quiet and within distance of many things to do. Very pleasant. Enjoyed the time and setting.
