A really lovely hotel where no expense has been spared to make it both attractive and comfortable. The staff were both efficient and friendly. No hesitation I’m recommending The Fleece.

Our room was beautiful, the bathroom was fabulous, as were the communal areas. The Sunday lunch was excellent in quality and quantity
The buffet breakfast was a bit limited, for example in choice of cereals and bread Also we struggled with the heating/air conditioning controls for our room, so it was actually too cold . Some instructors would be helpful (although we should have contacted reception to get assistance).

A great location for a stopover en route from Bristol to the Highlands. I also liked the generous lounge and seating areas and the convenient car parking on site

Comfy, well equipped room, good quality food. Breakfast staff were friendly and efficient.
The service in the restaurant was probably the worst I have ever experienced! Twenty minutes after we were shown to our table nobody had come to take our order, we had to call a waiter, who seemed very put out, to take our order. We then had to wait for the wine list.
The food was okay, but the choices for vegetarians was very limited.
