The lady running this b&b is lovely - very helpful too in that she gave us vital information about a bus we needed to take - the HW1 bus to Banks on Hadrian's Wall goes from in front of the Conservative Club in Market Square and not from A6071 near Sands as info we had told us. We went to Mondelos for our evening meal and it was wonderful - the best meal of our holiday, very reasonably priced and a super experience.

The host Dianne is an excellent host with time for everyone. The room 4 was small but had everything and very clean. The breakfast is very tasty and well cooked. Although the only stay one night it is ideally situated for us on our journey home from Ireland. There is an honesty bar which works well with plenty of choice. We will be back 😊
