I really liked everything.
There is though one tiny item that might help a visitor when approaching the property. It was not a bother to me, though. I guess though that the kind neighbor might get tired of constantly welcoming new waves of guests knocking on the wrong door.
The instruction indicates that there is only one entrance to the house where property is located in.
When approaching the house there are two entrances. One on the southern side (the left gable when facing the house) and another one on the northern side (the right side). That is the one that leads to the property.

Ruim appartement.
Om de deur was veel rotzooi en het is wel gehorig. De bovenburen hoor je goed.

Samotný apartmán je částečně rekonstruovaný. Je prostorný. Příjemný je obyvák.
Patrová postel neměla tři příčky, ty jsme nakonec našly někde pod postelí. Koupelna by zasloužila větší péči. Společné prostory, kde jsou pračky a sušičky v různých fázích funkčnosti, jsou v velmi špatném stavu. Schody do domu rozbité, rozbitý zámek v koupelně. Vnitřní schodiště s chuchvalci nepořádku. Zahrada spíš jak skladiště.
