About this house rental
Situated in Lubbock, this lovely house for $106 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beautiful newly constructed 3-bedroom 3-bathroom home located within walking distance of Texas Tech University's campus and football stadium. It has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. Enjoy the beautiful neighborhood or relax indoors with free Wi-Fi and smart TV. Each of the three bedrooms have queen beds with new mattresses and an attached bathroom for each room. Each queen bed can sleep 2 people. Each bedroom has its own associated bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bathrooms all contain plenty of towels, shampoo, and body wash for your stay. The living room has a comfy couch set that can be used by another guest to sleep on if necessary. There is a 55-inch Roku enabled TV setup with Netflix setup for your use during your stay. The kitchen includes everything you should need during your stay, including dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker (and coffee!), bottle openers, glassware, toaster, etc. This property is not pet friendly so please make other arrangements for your pets. There will be no exceptions made for this. Washer and dryer in unit is available for guests to use. Secure garage parking is available for two vehicles with additional parking available in the driveway and on the street. Walk to Texas Tech and the Jones AT&T Stadium within 8-10 minutes from this location. All areas of the property are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closet. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Garrott and Shawna are your local hosts. All communication will take place between them. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do! Campus Cove is located in the North Overton neighborhood just east of Texas Tech University. You can walk to campus and the stadium in less than 8-10 minutes. If you prefer other transportation, you can usually Uber to the campus, Broadway, or downtown areas for around $5. The house is half a mile east of University (a major street), which makes the area very safe. This property is very centrally located! TTU campus and stadium can be accessed by simply heading west towards University. The house is located directly off University and makes travel very convenient. The house is very close to Broadway and downtown for live music, drinks, or dinner. Guests can access the loop by heading south on University. Other than Uber, options for ground transportation in Lubbock are poor, and although the neighborhood is convenient to the University and downtown, a car is still recommended. If you have a need for a long-term stay, this property is perfect for your needs. Contact us through messaging so that we can get you the best rate and save you some money. - No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine - No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine - No smoking inside the property - No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors - Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items. - If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately. - Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.

This property was perfect for our family weekend, visiting our college student and enjoying Red Raider football. Quiet area and so close to the university, stadium, and bars/restaurants. Everything was in walking distance. Perfect! I’m also very appreciative of the hosts - very thorough communication. Thank you!

The location of this property is excellent, near Tech campus and restaurants. It is easy to find and large enough for a group. Three bathrooms were great! However, we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Cobwebs and dirty walls greeted us at the door. The code and lock worked fine if the door was pulled, which we discovered after many failed attempts. The bathroom floors were covered in hair and the rugs appeared never to have been washed. We washed two rugs ourselves. The couch was stained and dirty, so we covered it with a sheet to sit on. In addition, the living room rug was heavily soiled with dirt and none of the carpet appeared to have been vacuumed. Apparently, the comforters were not cleaned or washed either. The washer had only one fill option because the knob was completely broken off. The kitchen floor was sticky. One of the main reasons to stay in a VRBO is to experience a clean, well kept home environment. That was not the case for this rental. We won’t be back. I am extremely surprised it is considered “premiere.”

A few friends and I had an alumni event at places on and near campus. This place was easy to get anywhere and perfect for our amount of people! You’ll need to bring everything like coffee and water, but they are very upfront about that. Overall- great communication and nice property!

We absolutely loved the location of this property! Located within walking distance of Jones Stadium. This house was big enough to allow us to have Thanksgiving lunch with a total of 14 people eating and laughing!
Check-in and out was a breeze! When we come back we will definitely look at this property’s availability.
