Gives me second-hand heebie jeebies when I think about it

I liked nothing about this place.

The hotel was unappealing upon arrival, but I was going to give it a chance.. I checked in. The front desk man was not forthcoming with any information. I had to ask for the cost he charged and where the room is (to avoid getting myself in a bind with my trailer). I drove around and found the room… bottom line, didn’t feel safe to get out of the car. Went back and told the front desk I’m not staying here… I didn’t expect him to bc of my earlier interaction but never got my money back. Hate that place. Instead, go Knights Inn in Slaton, outside of Lubbock. It’s affordable, it’s safe, staff is nice.

Didn't enjoy the stay at all but was in a good location

The staff was excellent breakfast was good price was good

The beds was very uncomfortable not enough pillows the room had a bad odor bathroom lights did not work TV not working properly wifi would not stay connected

Very poor

Property was run down. Inside the room we found used qtips and toothpicks on the carpet and the non smoking room smelt like years of smoke. The tv did not function correctly.

WE CAME TO TOWN fOR OUR KIDS FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT FOR THE WEEKEND. THE ROOM WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I BOOKED ONLINE. COMPLETELY OPPOSITE. COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT . THE ROOMS SMELLED LIKE DEATH, AND CAT/DOG URINE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. MY KIDS KEPT SAGING THEY WERE EVEN UNCOMFORTABLE WHILE STAYING THERE FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED. I FELT SO BAD THAT WE WERE STICK THERE DUE TO A REFUND WOULD POSSIBLY TAKE 3-5 DAYS TO EVEN RETURN. I HAD TO ASK TO SWITCH ROOMS . AND STILL HAD TO SETTLE FOR A NASTY ROOM .WE FOUND DRUGS IN OUR ROOM ON TOP OF THE BATHROOM LIGHT , MIND YOU I HAD 2 KIDS AND A TODDLER IN THAT ROOM SO I WAS VERY VERY FUSTRATED AND EVEN MORE ANGRY WITH THE PLACE. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN, NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. WE WERE EBARRASED TO TELL OUR TEAM MATES WHERE WE WERE STAYING . OVERALL VERY DISAPPOINTING ON MY MONEY BEING WASTED. LETS NOT FORGET ABOUT THE CIGARETTE BURNS ALL OVER THE ROOM. NO HOT WATER. DOORS LOOK LIKE THEY WERE KICKED DOWN BEFOR. DIRTY CORNERS ALL THROUGH THE ROOM. BARLEY ANY LIGHTING . HAD TO HAVE THE WINDOW CURTIN OPEN TO SEE.THEN EVERYONE CAM SEE IN YOUR ROOM DURING THE DAY:(CRACKHEADS EVERYWHERE) I COULD GO ON FORVEER BUT ITS DRAINING.

The cleanliness.. first room smelled like smoke and a bed was slept in and in made… went to office got a second room … had to scrub crap off toilet and bathroom then took keys back to office and told them I’m not staying there and they gave me my money back

The outside had many random ppl outside looked like a drug hotel, ad said smoke free property my child has asthma and the room stunk like cigarettes I went back to the office and they said the whole building is smoking acceptable. The hotel just looked run down.

It was horrible, we ended up leaving. I wish I would have taken photos.

It smelled unclean and like it was a smoking room. All the light fixtures were unplugged, there were dirty tissues on the floor. When sitting on edge of bed it almost tipped over.

Worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at.

Nothing. At all.

Everything. Room was dirty. No shower curtain. Fridge didn’t work. No bed spread, sheet only. One towel. One pillow in a 2 bed room. Smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be smoke free. Stains on sheets. Trash still in the trash can. The worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

The room was the cheapest in Lubbock I should of known place would be horrible.

the maintenance man was great. he was the only one doing anything.

The day shift Front deck clerk. Room was dirty and 3 out of 4 lights didn’t work. there was a coke and ice cream in fridge. but breakfast was horrible. I told staff that jelly was out of date and hard as a rock but no one did a think about it.

Convenient location. Quiet.

TV was not functional. Refrigerator didn't work. Couldn't connect to internet. Reserved a single king room. They gave me a room with 2 double beds. Asked for ground floor room and they gave me a second floor room (difficult to access). Stair handrails were sticky with something. Trash everywhere.
