Breakfast was good, room was comfortable. The night check in person was running her tail off after coming off an outage of some sort. She was so pleasant and did everything to get everyone settled.

I liked how clean and quiet the hotel was. Front desk was friendly.
The body wash was empty and there were only 2 large towels when I checked in 4 guests.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. Limited choices compared to other breakfast included hotels i have used. I'm afraid this factor would impact my choices in the future.
More slections, making sure food is kept refilled in a timely matter.

It was handy
Staff was so-so - just there.
No soap for shower (liquid pump empty).
Only one paper cup in bathroom for two people. One chair that would not move down beside bed because of crowding. Window shade (for privacy) was damaged and would not move up or down. Attempt had been made to half way repair? it with blue painters tape. A/C sounded like a motorcycle outside window half the night.
I would have expected more from a Hilton operation.
