The man at check-in (Taj, maybe) was so friendly and efficient. We were off to our room in no time!
Just a few things. Our room smelled bad when we first got in. It dissipated once we cranked on the AC. The eggs at breakfast were so, so rubbery. And lastly, something you have no control over--a small group of noisy people came rolling down our hall at 12:30 or so. Oh, and your pool was closed. That would have been nice to know in large print up front.

There was a problem with communication between the third party website and the hotel regarding which rooms we were getting and how that would accommodate all of the people in our party. Hailey was amazing and got everything corrected at no additional charge before we even got to the property. The rest of the hotel staff was amazing and accommodating!

We liked everything about this hotel. I think we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Lubbock and this one was by far the best we’ve been to. I had scheduled for the wrong weekend and wrong town. But the manager made it work for us. This is worth 10 stars.
We found nothing wrong with the whole property.
