Location. Close to shopping/restaurant. Walking distance.
Refrigerator didn’t work. Not super clean, but okay. Ice maker on our floor didn’t work. Elevator broke while there. Luckily we were not in it when it broke or we would have been late for very important ceremony. No continental breakfast. Don’t care for sliding barn doors for bathroom areas. Not very private.

Aloft is always our getaway from home always clean and nice location we didnt get to enjoy the bar or pool this time but it was a great time considering our small complaints but Trudy made things right Thanks for that!
Aloft is always our getaway from home but this time there was students and they were playing and knocking on the doors and running. Also had their music up soooo loud you would of thought I was playing music in my hotel room.

Location was good. Staff was good.
No steamer or iron in the room. Steamer was brought to the room but didn't work. Iron was then brought, but it leaked water all over. The ironing board was wonky and I couldn't use it. I saw a roach crawling across the lobby floor. The eggs in the cafe area were expired. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking.
