Liked how clean the facility was. The lobby & room very clean. Friendly lady at front desk at check in & the lad

It had a jacuzzi in room

Our room was by the exit doors. The exit doors close loud literally. Rooms need to be soundproof, had hard time sleeping

Passable

The poor front desk lady had one of the hotel guests harassing her for a long time, or that's what it appeared like to me. He was up at her desk for at least a couple of hours and he already checked in/recieved his keys. I just had an uneasy feeling staying there. It seemed kind of sketchy especially since I had my kids. The staff was super friendly though...it was just the other guests.

Excellent!

Excellent location on the Loop. Close to restaurants and shopping. Double King Suite at $142 was an absolute steal! Hot breakfast was nice too.

Worst stay in a long time

Did not have time to experience the breakfast

My bathroom tub was filthy. The carpet had crumbs and dirt all around. And I did not eat in my room. So seems like nothing was cleaned but the beds. I do have pictures if needed. Elevator was filthy. No pride in this location at all.

My room had bed bugs and when I reported it it seems like no one really cared. That's crazy but if I bring them home I will be sending them a bill and we can deal with it in court.

My dads first room had bed bugs my room had nasty carpet the walls were paper thin there was a light outside pointed directly at my window the elevator heat making grinding noises and felt like it was gonna give out.

It wasn’t too terrible my son liked the pool which was great just needs the rooms and bathrooms to be cleaned more and m

the pool was heated which was nice, breakfast was good, staff was friendly

the bed was uncomfortable to where I hd to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed, the spa bath jets was nasty and couldn’t take a bath and then the corners of the bathroom and shower wasn’t cleaned

Comfy.

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are nice.

They could be cleaner, I did find a couple long black hairs on the sink and one of the towels...but evrmerything else was clean, the breakfast is basic. The eggs are gross but the gravy was good, and they had fresh fruit, and cereal, and muffins, and yogurt, and stuff like that.

Nice stay - but a few things could have been different.

I liked the location, staff was very attentive, especially the breakfast crew. Hot Breakfast was good.

The Pool is indoor but not heated - whhhyy???? I wish it would have been - we stayed middle of winter - it was cold !!!! The Shower curtain needed to be replaced it was moldy -

Clean, good breakfast, close to nicer restaurants

Breakfast was excellent with egg, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, juices. Staff very friendly. Nice sized rooms.

The beds were terrible and there was no ice. There was a sign indicating where the ice machine should be, but no machine.

Good price but needs repair especially for handicapped

The breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are in need of repairs or touchups. The television did not work. Rooms had broken parts of furniture. Charging plugs on the lights were broken so limited availability to charge phones, watches,iPads. Handicap showers had tubs instead of walk-in showers, this is dangerous for seniors and handicapped people.

I would rent a room in this hotel ever again.

I didn't have the breakfast

the room was small, the A/C didn't work correctly. the bathroom stunk of mold and mildew. the shower was set ups for a handicap person but was dirty and the shower head kept falling off the wall. Overall not a good room.
