The condo has a well stocked kitchen ,decorated very nicely and wonderful views from both sides. It was very nice having a two car garage.The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had and also had decorations up for the holidays. Would highly recommend this place!!

We enjoyed the house and location very much. It was the perfect space for 4 adults and a dog. The only draw back was the heavy cigar and pot smoke from the neighbor renting next door. We had to keep the windows and sliding doors closed much of our stay.

This home is absolutely beautiful. It’s very close to the beach, not far at all from any attractions, friendly locals, and accommodated for all of our needs. This home was very homey and very clean. I would recommend it to anyone! There’s even accommodations for children such as beach toys, cups, and a kids room. If you’re looking at this wondering whether to book or not; BOOK! :)

This was the birthday trip of my dreams. The home is just like the online pics, spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. We were all comfortable and enjoyed watching the surf from the balconies. Would definitely come back.

This beach house was perfect for our family beach location. The beach was jusrlt steps away from rhe home, the views were amazing and the garage was an added bonus. We plan to rent this house again.

This townhome, basically oceanfront, was everything that we needed for our stay!! Very clean, kitchen fully stocked, and linens available. Views of the ocean from every room. I loved having the enclosed garage. You could sit on the balcony, off the living room or master bedroom and enjoy your coffee while watching the sun rise. TV's in every bedroom, as well as the living room. I loved that I could take my Chihuahua with me, and the convenience of being right by the ocean to take her for walks...it was her first trip and she LOVED walking on the beach!! I will DEFINITELY be renting this property again!!

This was our first time to South Carolina and we will definitely be back. So relaxing and beautiful, amazing food, perfect weather. The house was so nice and just as described. Loved being right on the beach. Everyone is so nice. Can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed the unit- very comfortable, well equipped and the surf was exactly what we wanted to hear, as much as possible! The property manger was prompt to respond to our couple of questions and easy to work with. Thank you for a great visit!

My husband and I together with our dog stayed here for the month of January 2023. I hesitate to give Warren's condo the glowing review it deserves at the risk of it being booked next year when we want to return. :-) But here it goes...Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The entire condo was comfortable and homey. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. It was an added convenience to have a washer and dryer right there. We so appreciated that our golden doodle was welcomed as well. The view was awesome and Warren was quick and responsive to a minor concern. We were sad to leave and will most definitely stay again.

Very clean and quiet although located against public beach access parking. Very comfy furnishings. The floor has several “soft spots” where you almost feel like you are going to step through it which we found disconcerting. So appreciative of ability to bring our little maltipoo

It was a beautiful home. We stayed Monday to Monday. The ONLY issue was that the cleaner didn’t throw the sheets of all bedrooms into the wash before we arrived. Other than that, it seemed clean. Like I said, great vacation after we washed those. Thanks Warren!

Everything worked out so well. Only thing we missed having was a gas grill. I guess we are a little spoiled by having gas grills at home. The home was very nice. Decorated with a beach theme. Very comfortable furnishings. Enjoyed our week and sorry to have to leave

Our host, Warren, has a spectacular property on the shore! The townhouse is perfectly situated on the beach with views for miles of the shore. It’s well kept and stocked with everything needed for a family vacation, just bring your beach towels, chairs and sunscreen 😉 Warren was great communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, it's only steps to the beach and a short drive for dining, shopping and attractions. We rented a golf car which was nice, we got to explore while enjoying the ocean breeze. We are originally from Florida so we are not use to so many rules on the beach (no bikes, umbrella rules, no canopies and more). The only downfall for us was all the activity in front of the house due to being a public beach access- alot of vehicle & foot action during the day. Warren, our host, was awesome and replied/ handled any issues or questions we had in a timely manner. Despite a few minor issues, his hospitality made everything better. I would HIGHLY recommend.
