Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Burley by IHG

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was yummy and the bed was comfortable.

They don't ever offer to clean the room while you're there. We went and bought a humidifier because the humidity was so low we were getting headaches.

At check-in we waited for a long time only one person and there was 4 guest waiting to register.

The location was perfect for our needs, the staff was pleasant, and the rooms appeared to be clean. I loved that the windows opened.

We had two rooms and three people at this hotel. Two of us had normal, restful, quiet experience, one of us absolutely did not. She had a room at the opposite side of the hotel from us and had three families of small children around and across from her, running up and down the hallway, slamming their doors and knocked on her door many times during the night, mistaking her room for another family/friends?room. One family left their possessions and the trolley they used to bring their stuff up in the hallway, so people had to walk around them and their child played with their remote-controlled car around our feet as we were trying to leave the next morning. The parents appeared to be totally oblivious. Also during the night, she had children on the floor above her jumping off beds, yelling they were certain types of dinosaurs and making other noises 10 pm, 12 pm, 2am and 4am. She went down to the front desk to complain about the level of noise but nothing changed. The only result she experienced was that the front desk apologized. So our total experience was half good, half terrible.
