About this condo rental
You are only steps to the beach in our first floor ocean front condo with stunning views of the Atlantic. Walk the beach collecting shells or hunt for crabs at night at North Topsail Beach with its laid back family environment. Enjoy the ocean air on a quiet walk at sunrise or spot the occasional pod of dolphins passing by. There is plenty to do with an onsite community pool and pavilion area including pirate ship playground, basketball court, bocce ball, corn hole and grilling area. Comfortable condo with two bedrooms and everything you'll need to enjoy a beach vacation! Covered deck area provides views of the ocean. Ramps provide convenient access to and from the parking lot. Linens are included. Beach equipment is provided, including 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas and a variety of sand toys for the kids. Topsail Dunes is a family friendly condominium community. Stay and enjoy the pool and other amenities or take a short 5 minute walk down the beach to a nearby ice cream shop! A convenience store and Tiki Bar are a 15 minute walk or quick 1 minute car ride. Across four generations and 35 years, our family has created so many wonderful memories while staying at Topsail Dunes. Come visit North Topsail Beach and make some memories of your own!

Everything about the stay way relaxing and pleasant.The wi-fi is very weak but that proved to be more a blessing than a problem. Lots of games and family time! Definitely recommend!!!

I love this place it was so nicely decorated and very clean I was very impress. so close to the ocean just walked down to the ramp . There you are. Ben was a wonderful host.

This was the perfect place for our stay. Had plenty of chairs for the beach, beautiful view, and cozy. Easy communication with Ben. Couldn't have asked for better!

The condo was updated and clean! We have been to many beach condos and they just aren’t clean! This condo was above and beyond! They also had everything we could need from beach towels and toys to laundry detergent and even some basic spices! The area itself was peaceful and not super commercialized! I would stay here again if we ever head back to North Carolina!!!

Very nice small property on beach. Enjoyed that chairs umbrellas and some beach toys and amenities were available. It was very nice to come and not need any of these.

His pictures do not do just to this amazing condo. I was perfect from top to bottom. Cleanliness was amazing and every detail perfect. Everything you needed there. Don’t worry about packing anything but clothes and not a lot. The washer and dryer are amazing. Basic food items. That’s apple you need. It’s a wonderful location and the views are great. Sat on the balcony every night and listed to the ocean before bed. Not to mention we had a great family game night. If you want to watch television everything is offered. I just can’t say enough. I will be back!!
P.S. please read his condo binder while there. He is funny with some things. You can tell he’s a Dad. Well I hope he is or his dad jokes are perfect.

This was our first time visiting Topsail Island but will definitely not be our last. The whole experience from booking this condo to checking out was fantastic. The condo was clean, and had every extra you could look for in a home away from home. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Wonderful stay!!!
This condo is such a wonderfully comfortable, well appointed vacation spot- I wish we would have found it sooner! It was so nice to be able to arrive and not have to run right to the store to get absolute essentials- like toilet paper, soap and paper towels! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was in great shape. Perfect location and lots of room in the condo. Ben communicated quickly when needed and gave prearrival instructions which made check in so easy. We had to leave early due to an emergency at home, but hope to be able to make it back for a longer stay!! We have been using VRBO for quite a while, and this was the best so far- stellar host and condo!!!

Condo rental week of July 9th
Ben was very helpful and quick to respond when the cable box wasn’t working, and when we saw ants in the bathroom. Both issues were resolved to our satisfaction.
It was very nice that many essentials were provided with the condo (towels, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc).
We noticed the screen door that is stored at the head of the bed was very dusty. Other than that the condo was clean.

Perfect location to go back and forth to the beach a few times a day for a very fun and relaxing vacation. My kids loved the bunk beds, boogey boards and sand toys. Clean and beautiful condo.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this North Topsail Beach condo. The condo was fully equipped for the stay and was better than the pictures on VRBO. The owners were very responsive and the unit appeared to have new flooring and living room furniture. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Pleasant stay
We were very pleased. Our son is stationed at Camp Lejune and our family traveled to spend Thanksgiving with him. The property was just right. We were able to have our Thanksgiving meal comfortably. The communication with the property owner was fantastic, very thorough. We made some good memories and are grateful for the opportunity to stay here. Would highly recommend!

Ben's condo was perfect for our family of three. We loved hanging out, playing games, and cooking meals all with the beautiful sounds and view of the beach. The bedding was excellent. Perfect Beach Weekend
The property was clean, well stocked, and so convenient to the beach and for things to do. Ben is a great host and his condo is lovely and very comfortable. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the evening view of the beach was a highlight.
We also highly recommend North Topsail Surf & Paddle. We had the best experience with this family own and operated business. Paddleboarding and kayaking in the Intercoastal was super fun and family that owns North Topsail Surf & Paddle couldn't be nicer or more accomodating. They also have a great boutique and delicious Italian Ice.

Great Experience
Owner (Ben) made the whole process easy by providing inofrmation on everything for the stay. Topsail Beach is a great place to visist, not commercialized. Very pleasant.
