Amazing place to stay with a beautiful view. Rachel was very communicative and responsive. Will absolutely have to stay again, already looking into next years vacation here… The pictures dont do this place justice, way better than the pictures. super comfy bed and couch but the chair was an absolute unit of comfort. The pool was shared but very clean other that just a little sand but no trash and the beach and view from the room are great. The beach wasn’t crowded and there are a ton of nice people down here at top sail.

We had an amazing stay at Topsail. The accommodations were exactly what we expected. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The condo itself was great, and we really enjoyed our time there.My only complaint is not about the condo, but the condition of the beach directly in front of the property. Due to significant beach erosion, there is very little usable beach area during high tide. At times, the water comes all the way up to the dunes and seawall, leaving virtually nowhere to set up chairs or towels. During high tide, it can make spending time on the beach difficult, especially for families or anyone hoping to relax close to the condo.At lower tide there is more beach available, but it’s definitely something visitors should be aware of when planning their trip. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the property very much.

This place was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly communicative and made everything so easy. The condo was spotless, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. It was even closer to the water than we expected, with just the right amount of beach to enjoy. We even got engaged here this weekend, such a special place we’ll definitely be coming back to again and again!

My family has stayed in multiple units at this location, and we rank this property/unit as one of the best. The rooms were clean, the furniture and appliances were all modern and well maintained, and the location of the unit offer a wonderful ocean/beach view.
