I enjoyed the ample storage space. The major plus was the toilet. Amazing! Great perk. Blackout curtains were great as well as the comfort of the bed. Refilling our water bottles and coffee daily was a HUGE plus. Also the noise level was very good, we slept well in the quiet. Nothing outside the room disturbed our sleep at all.
Space moving around the room was difficult as typical with NYC properties. There were limited food options inside the hotel unless you are an owner. The options outsider were good, but were not advertised well. The options given were ok but we did not use. We did not like not being able to turn the AC lower than 68 as we are used to doing this in our home in the South at much hotter temps, but the staff provided a fan and that was very helpful, we still did get heated a few times in the night.

The bed was comfortable and the room was bright and airy.
Coffee/tea making facilities
I asked 3 times for decaf coffee and didn’t get any. They only brought decaf tea which I don’t drink. No breakfast facilities.

The location is excellent, not too far from the thick of it.
It’s a business hotel, no frills , bar restaurants etc. no place to chill after a day out.
