Great little boutique hotel. Staff are excellent! Very helpful, friendly and go out of their way to assist. Great area to base yourself for trip to NYC too.

Check in was friendly, fast and efficient. They accommodated my special request for a nice quiet room, which was wonderful. Very much appreciated! The hotel is in a great location. Will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and convenient!
Yes, it is a bit expensive, but fair in NYC.
The breakfast is surely great! And it is OK to take out some . That save us both time and money while visiting the city!

Amazing staff in a great location for a Broadway show!

We had a great stay at the hotel. All the staff were very helpful - from the front desk (especially Marie) to housekeeping.
The grab and go breakfast was plentiful, the room was a decent size by NYC standards and the hotel is centrally located with many transportation options nearby.
In addition, there is a nice happy hour with wine and snacks, and informative neighborhood walking tour options offered for free through a company called Streetwise. Our guide (Dan) was very informative.
The Iroquois is our new favorite hotel for a stay in NYC. We will be back.
Thank you to the staff at the hotel for such a pleasant stay.

I have been in a room for a single.
The room was small but designed nicely. The interior is pretty and the bath is great.
The only problem is that there was a disturbing noise during the night from the wall between my room and the rooms right to me assume because of the valves or something

This was such a pleasant surprise. I’ve walked by this hotel on previous trips - so close to theaters and Times Sq but not in the thick of the bustle. The staff was incredible-friendly, helpful, and positive. The room, though small, was clean and fresh. Comfy bed. Good WiFi. The breakfast was more substantial than a typical grab and go with some hot selections. Also enjoyed the happy hour in their speakeasy with craft cocktails. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough great things about my stay at The Iroquois in New York. When my friend and I first arrived, it was too early for check-in. However, as is the case with most hotels, the staff allowed us to store our bags while we did some sightseeing. By the time we returned, Marie at the front desk was very happy and eager to assist us with checking in.
As for my hotel room, I had initially been given one right next to the elevator. Now, while the hotel does boast about how wonderfully quiet each room is (which is certainly true), particularly the street noise, staying next to the elevator was not necessarily ideal for me, personally.
I immediately returned to the front desk and Marie was more than accommodating to try and find me another room, which she did almost immediately. She was wonderful and I could not have been more pleased with the change. Thanks, Marie!!!
I stayed in a Deluxe Queen which was just big enough for me. The room and bath were both very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Although the room did include a well-stocked mini-bar, I chose not to partake of its contents.
My friend and I opted for rooms which included a free “grab and go” breakfast, which actually turned out to be even more, with breakfast sandwiches made to order. They also had plenty of pastries.
All in all, I absolutely loved this hotel, its location and especially the staff. Thank you Iroquois for making my stay in New York a pleasant one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great value for money, considering the prime location.
Staff members were courteous, the speakeasy makes mean cocktails, and the room was cozy but comfortable.
I will stay here next time.
Of note, $33 daily facility fee is extra so make use of their facilities if you stay there.

Location is amazing, staff very friendly, parking is arranged with a garage across the street, and they treated us to a continental breakfast and an evening happy hour which was lovely. It is an older property, but well maintained and very clean. The rooms are small but comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful hotel. When we got to our room there was a bottle of wine and cookies for our anniversary. So sweet! Extremely convenient and staff was so friendly. I will definitely stay again.

There are SO many choices for hotels in Manhattan, even if you narrow it down to more upscale boutique hotels. This place was truly a homerun!
Why?
1) quiet! We were on the 10th floor-that helped in our room but even the lobby was calmer and more quiet. Several reviews I read said the same thing…they were spot on!
2) wine hour, grab and go breakfast*, clementines and water at the front desk, and the FANTASTIC walking tours all set this place FAR above other options!
A note about breakfast: we got down there about 9. They had several delicious options if you aren’t gluten free and/or vegan but this is a temporary option while their restaurant is being renovated. We both had the breakfast sandwich (again, not gluten free or vegan which I usually go for)…and were very pleased!! It was hot and delicious! They had almond and regular milk for coffee, several tea options and what tasted like fresh squeezed oj!! So much better than what I expected!!
Wine hour rotates around to different hotels in their group. We lucked out to have it here the night we came in.
3) the bed was comfy; the room was spacious enough I was able to do my yoga workout! The shower was hot and the towels were thick. The TP was even in a cute little bag. Several USB charging stations around the room and plenty of lighting. The blinds even shut to black the light out!
4) the staff seemed to go out of their way to make the stay nice—thanks Orlando! Everyone was WONDERFUL
And ❤️❤️ Streetwise walking tours!!

Iroquois was an excellent choice for the location and for the personal attention we were given. We stayed there as a family of 6. Grab & Go breakfast was quite good and the coffee was excellent! The ONLY negative thing during our stay was an alarm test they performed for several hours. That was unfortunate and fairly disturbing. Other than that, we really enjoyed everything else about our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very well located on Manhattan, with easy access by foot to most places.
The rooms are very clean and cosy, just a little small.
Atmosphere was really really nice!
The Grab and Go breakfast is OK.

We really enjoyed our stay here, comfortable hotel and nice staff. The room was a little small and we would have liked it to include basic in room services like tea/coffee. The downstairs bar was under construction, it looks like it will be amazing when finished. We enjoyed cocktails in the little lounge bar and the grab and go breakfast was good for us.

This is the second time we've stayed at The Iroquois. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is fantastic. The Iroquois is our first choice in NYC.

Staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful! Bathroom in the room was cold, lighted mirror did not work. It appeared to have a heated floor but the control panel did nothing.
Breakfast was simple but very good. Room was quiet and bed was quite comfortable!
Great location, very close to Broadway theatres, Time Square and 5th Avenue. They are working on opening a restaurant which will enhance the stays even more.

Upon arrival to the hotel, the staff greeted us and was very very friendly. We arrived early so our room was not ready. They gladly took our luggage and stored them for us so that we could go walk around and shop. At check in time, we returned and got our room keys and the staff took our bags to our room. The room was nicer than expected and so cozy. I will be staying here again.

Niche Hotel right in the middle of Times Square and walkable to every nearby point of interest.
The breakfast-grab-and-go is an excellent offer for those interested in an early start.
Rooms are sound proof, clean with nice decor and bathroom amenities are great!
Recommend it highly.

Comfy bed, room was clean, staff very nice and helpful. Only issue was that the shower pressure was slightly more than trickle (and this was at 5pm on a Wed) and internet spotty.

We enjoyed our stay. My wife and I travelled to NYC with our three older teenagers. We put them in one room, and kept the (much bigger) room for ourselves! Our room was very large, well decorated, clean and comfortable, with windows overlooking the street. The kids’ room was excellent as well, just considerably smaller.
Unfortunately the lobby restaurant was being renovated, so it was closed off, leaving the entrance and front desk area in a less than optimal condition. It did not detract from our stay, but I’m sure the hotel will look a lot nicer next time we are there!
The tiny bar does what it needs to do. Cocktails were excellent, but it only seats about 20. We got lucky and got a table immediately, but so others who had to wait a long time for a table to leave.
The staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful, accommodating… They were great.
Last, the location is awesome. I usually stay on the south end of Central Park, and this was my first time staying in mid-town. The location opened up a lot of places that I wouldn’t usually go, like Times Square and Bryant Park. Walk to the Central Park took about 20 minutes, Museum of Natural History about 20 more.
Will be back for sure!

Maria - who checked us in was nice. Tried to get a cocktail but service was too slow. Got up for breakfast before I checked out but no one showed up to open it up so it wasn't possible to even grab a cup of coffee:/
