Location to subway, theater district and restaurants. Cute boutique hotel with Photos true to actual facility.
Needs a major update /renovation and deep cleaning.

The entire staff that I interacted with were efficient and polite. The room was lovely. Good lighting comfortable bed. Very clean.

If being in the middle of everything is what you're looking for, this is a great location. For me, I was across the street from the company I was working with, so perfect.
It was quite noisy being right off Time Square, lots of delivery trucks during the night.

Right next to Times Square. Staff very polite. Very clean.
Old and dark plus breakfast pretty poor (no hot food or much selection).
Windows in room were glazed and couldn’t open so you couldn’t see out, due to view being a courtyard of bins and smelly air con units.
