Location is good. Off Times Square and close to shows.
It was a pain going up two different elevators to get to room. The experience checking in wasn’t ideal. The staff member rushed thru and didn’t tell us much except if there were questions to call to desk or ask concierge.

The staff paid great attention to detail. The lobby, restaurant, and bar staff were very nice and accommodating.
The view from my room was of the New York Marquis, not necessarily the "CITY VIEW" I thought I booked. The sinks were updated but not the toilets and showers.

The ac had some glitches but the excellent customer service by the front desk and engineering dept made up for it.
