Overall it is a great hotel, we would definitely stay again.

The hotel was a great location for theaters and Times Square. There were several great restaurants close by.

We were on a lower floor so the view wasn't great. But that isn't anyone's fault. The price is a little high, but for the location and city it was about what one would expect to pay.

위치가 가장 좋았고 조식도 생각보다 메뉴가 다양하고 맛있었어요.

결제시스템. 선결제 예약을 했음에도 불구하고 체크인하고 보니 디파짓 결제한 카드로 또 숙박비 결제가 되어있었고, 조식포함 예약했는데 체크아웃날에는 조식비가 또 결제되어 있어서 두번이나 취소요청을 한 점이 신경쓰이고 번거로웠어요.

Goede locatie en ruime kamers, verder beetje outdated qua faciliteiten op de kamer.

Beetje ouderwetse kamers, geen bedlampjes, usb-poorten. Kastjes gammel. Receptie personeel ook redelijk chagrijnig. Cappucino in het restaurant $10,- ? NY is duur maar dit was overdreven.

Underwhelming

The location is superb, the beds are nice.

Most of the staff were quite unpleasant. I noticed them being more polite to clientele who, to my assumption looked more likely to tip them. I did not expect this kind of behaviour in a prestigious place like this one. The room is... passable? I am not sure if that's just the standard in New York but from my years of travel if I had to rate the hotel purely for the room style/quality it's 3 stars tops. Breakfast was alright, but again, I've been to 3 star hotels with equivalent quality. On the overall I would say, if you are not running after a selfie at the Intercontinental, pick something else. There are hotels that offer same levels of service and facilities without the $$$ pricetag. The location is not worth all the tradeoffs.

Breakfast price very high and meal choices for children limited in stinger bar (a child’s menu would be great). On last day shower in morning was cold

Fantástica ubicación pero no vale lo que cuesta.

La ubicación es fantástica. Las habitaciones, amplias, limpias y muy cómodas.

El personal que no trabaja por propinas (recepción básicamente), es bastante desagradable y poco dispuesto a ofrecer ayuda. No se puede realizar pagos a través de tarjetas electrónicas en el móvil. El desayuno es un despropósito. Caro y malo.

Great place but watch out for the small print.

The location was great and very accessible. The room was great too and very comfortable.

Breakfast was a con. I paid for breakfast (as a family of four) and nowhere was it made clear, other than on T&Cs on the booking email that breakfast was actually just for two and I had to pay extra. Staff not particularly friendly on front desk, though staff in the restaurant were great.

Tolle Aussicht aus dem 25. Stock mit idealer Anbindung an die Metro.

Tolles Zimmer im 25. Stock mit super Aussicht. Diese war den Eckzimmer-Aufpreis wert. Bequeme Betten. Freundliches Personal.

Erst beim Einchecken von täglichen Mindestumsatz erfahren. Relativ dunkle Gänge. Einige renovierungsbedürftige Stellen an Tapeten.

Dirty streets/homeless people/ good hotel

Restaurant and rooms are good. Smooth checkin/checkout

Not worth the price. The streets infront of the hotel are dirty and there are a lot of homeless folks at all times. Avoid especially if you are travelling with family. The hotel itself is good but for the price, and the dirty streets I would look at other locations. The Intercontinental at E 48th street is a much better option.

Amenity charge this grace

Hotel was clean and comfortable staff very friendly. Great location

The amenity charge is an absolute this grace making you pay for a service you do not want or ask for robbing people of the hard earn cash and I don't know any hotel that takes 100 dollars a night service charge it's normally 150 for your whole stay anywhere else.

Nice stay, but could be better.

The lobby was gorgeous and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Check in and out was easy.

The room was small. Housekeeping only made the beds & replaced towels. The floors were not vacuumed or cleaned. The shower drain was broken. There was a violent homeless person outside the hotel every day and I was nervous leaving with my children. We watched him hit a guest in front of the hotel and kick an elderly man at the hot dog cart to the right of the hotel. To go coffees in the lobby restaurant were small and not good. We walked down the street to get a better coffee in the mornings. My husband didn’t like the cocktails from the lobby restaurant.

Very good

It was my first time staying in Times Square area and as we arrived very late that evening we were given an upgrade to a lovely room. The room was very comfortable !

Times Square is a little too hectic for me but for those visiting for the first time it is quite central to get to lots of touristic attractions.
