It’s a good space for NYC
For the price I would expect a more frequent service on cleaning and checking the dishwasher pods/ liquid soap and so on. They just clean once a week.

Great location, very friendly staff.
Spacious two bedroom apart, hard to find in NYC. Comfortable to stay with two kids.
Didn't know before arrivaş that this was a managed residence, not a hotel. Room only serviced once a week. We stayed at 2nd floor, a bit noisy because of external AC units.

Location. Complimentary coffee & tea each morning. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was very small and not well designed in so far as there was only the option for very high rain shower, the shower not enclosed so the main floor got wet, limited towel hanging space, toilet roll situated behind wet towels.
The kitchen sink was not great, the drain catcher blocked constantly.
Good to have access to a gym, but very small.
