Perfectly located, great amenities, and friendly staff albeit costly.

Staff was courteous and facilities were clean. The location is ideal if seeing a Broadway show.

Ótima localização. Quarto muito confortável.

Ótima localização e limpeza. A pressão e temperatura do chuveiro também agradou muito. Cama confortável e ótima vista da Times Square. Com certeza indico o hotel.

Não tem café da manhã como mencionava no anúncio. Acabei pagando upgrade ,as fiquei em quarto igual ao que eu já tinha reservado pelo Booking.

If you want to stay close to Times Square and dont mind a filthy-discusting headboard this is it

Location was key & this was perfect. The staff at the 54 bar was exceptional-high marks there.

The staff at check in were not outgoing. They were fast to add charges for non services. The head board in the room was disgustingly dirty with obvious signs of grit and substances I don't want to imagine.

It was a great experience overall. Most of the staff were very nice and courteous.

The hotel view was great. Rooms were clean and spacious

The hotel view was great but it costed $25 to upgrade where price difference between tickets with and without city were only $10. One of the staff was not happy when we only wanted to pay for parking.

Few things could have been better the cost to stay is high in comparison to what the property has.

Close walking distance to time square, food and entertainment.

Could not see the new year ball drop from room as was stated.

Ideal, um New York zu entdecken.

Top Lage gleich am Times Square. Super öffentliche Anbindung. Extrem freundliche und kooperative Mitarbeiter. Möglichkeit, ein hoch gelegenes Zimmer zu buchen. Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer. Grossartige Rooftop Bar.

Keine eigene Gastronomie. Frühstück nur möglich vom eingegliederten Café zu holen oder morgens Roomservice. Kaum Frühstücksauswahl bei Ketogener Ernährung (keine Kohlehydrate)

Great location and excellent staff

The location of the hotel is convenient; just down the block from Times Square and Broadway. It's also a short walk to Rockefeller Center. The staff was great but 2 people stood out as excellent - Amy, our housekeeper, made our stay special by checking in and chatting with us daily, when we'd meet in the hall. She was familiar and friendly in a city that moves quickly. Stanley was the other person on staff who went above and beyond; he was extremely kind and took the time to show our family the rooftop view. Our conversation with him and his kindness made our experience exceptional and was one of the highlights of our trip!

Ideal location and the hotel has a luxurious feel to it. The disabled facilities were also everything I needed as a whee

Great location right on Times Square. Good disabled guest facilities. The room was nice, modern and cleaned daily. Staff were very nice and always helpful.

The room was slightly on the small side considering it was an adapted room for disabled guests. There was very little storage in the room (no draws at all and a wardrobe with a small shelf, good amount of hanging space but only 5 or 6 hangers).

Le bruit horrible de la rue impossible de dormir ! Et le non respect de ma réservation : chambre kiing étude supérieur réservé pour se retrouver dans un doublé queen étage inférieur. Personnel très désagréable la plupart du temps. Hôtel à fuir

Great hotel in a fab location

Great hotel in relation to location, could not have been better, the room was spacious and immaculate.

The reception staff were adequate, they need to be more welcoming and discuss that you can order take in food, promote the side shop which sells breakfasts etc, some of the staff were excellent but the gent on our arrival was standoffish and unwelcoming, which was not needed after a 7 hour flight, an hour and a half in a taxi and in a country we hadn't previously visited.

Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Times Square was fantastic! Great place, great staff, great location!!

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were really clean and new and the location was GREAT! So close to Times Square!! When we first arrived the front desk assistant was amazingly friendly and upgraded our room so we had a better view of the city! During our stay, we called the front desk a couple of times for extra towels, some tea at midnight and even to borrow a pair of scissors. They went out of their way to help and always with a smile!! Nothing was too much to ask!! When we were leaving our taxi didn't show up to drive us to the airport so the front desk assistant jumped into action and got a driver organized and we made it to our flight on time! The staff were amazing and I have already highly recommended the hotel to my colleagues who are coming to stay in New York. Can't wait to stay there again!!

The last night that we were there, our room hadn't been cleaned completely (it was just mostly cleaned). We were looking to make a couple of cups of tea but the disposable cups for hot drinks and the sugar/creamer had not been replenished from the night before. We did call down to the front desk and they did bring some to us. Our towels were also not refreshed. These are two very small feedback items because overall our stay was outstanding!!

Room was clean, service was acceptable but customer focused service needs a lot of work.

I had asked for a dozen roses to be in our room for our 25th anniversary. This did not happen. When I reached out to the manager he apologized and sent up champagne. We don’t drink champagne. He said that they would do something special while we were out the next day. When we came back to the room, there were no roses, but they did spread fake flowers all over the room, which meant we had to clean them up. I was very disappointed and embarrassed.

Good hotel in perfect location

The place is in the middle of Manhattan’s so we did most of the attractions by walk. It was really comfortable because we were with 3 kids and stroller.

The rooms are really small especially because we had to add an extra bed for the small one and we couldn’t move. Due to fact that it had a prime location it was really expensive which doesn’t deserve it in my opinion. There are better hotels in this price. Plus the area of the time square is really noisy and crowded with people so it is something that worth to take in consideration

Location, room size, staff, cleanliness, view from the room

Bed was too soft as were the pillows. Helpful to have more firmer pillows in the closet that we could use to avoid neck and shoulder pain. Rooftop restaurant did not have access to the Terrace - the main reason we selected them - we had been there before. Also, if you wanted a seat at the window, you HAD to order $150.00 from the menu! Outrageous!!!!!! I can see if you have a time limit on those seats but to associate it with money especially if you are a guest in the hotel is ridiculous.
