The location is perfect- few steps from Royal mile and Waverley train station. Well equipped kitchen, friendly stuff, 15 % discount for food in the cafe near
Not comfortable pillow, lots of noise from outside, no lift, narrow lockers

Great location and lovely room
Can hear everything from down the road. Luckily we were so tired that we slept through most of the chaos. May be different if you are on a higher floor

Couldn’t be a more central location right by the Royal Mile.
Helpful staff at reception.
Bedding, dorm and bathrooms were clean.
Good value for money.
Three flights of stairs up to the dorm.
The bunk beds were really creaky and had no curtains.
People in the dorm not respecting hostel etiquette being loud, talking and turning on lights well past midnight.
Also people were very loud outside the dorm in the hallway late at night. The hostel really needs to be strict about this kind of behaviour.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable.
