Situated in Jacksonville Beach, this attractive house for $382 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 12 blocks to the beach; 3 bed 2 bath single story beach house with amazing backyard oasis located on a quiet street in beautiful Jacksonville Beach. This house features two comfortable living areas with a pull out sofa bed so there is plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out. The backyard has everything you need complete with a resort style saltwater pool with large lounge ledge, fire pit, beautiful gazebo providing shaded outdoor dining and a Smart TV with cable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your dream vacation or long term stay! We also provide all the needed linens, pool/beach towels, yard games, and a Weber gas grill. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Beautiful property - perfectly situated a few blocks from Jax/Neptune Beach. I highly suggest renting a golf cart as it made it a "breeze" to get to the ocean. If the ocean isn't for you, the pool is amazing, it is nicely secluded and the two interior umbrellas makes sure you have some shade. The fire pit is perfect for late night convos and the ample seating makes sure that everyone is comfortable. The exterior cabana with TV made it so lovely to sit and listen to music/watch TV while swimming or relaxing. There were so many "starter" toiletries which made it awesome to get situated before we could get to the nearby grocery store. It is well decorated but not obnoxiously so when you arrive you have plenty of counter tops and spaces to unpack. The double kitchen pantry was AMAZING to have so much room! We had a great time! The kids / dogs loved it and we highly recommend this property!

Overall, everything was great. Property was as advertised and we were happy to find a lot of nice touches and attention to detail that made the rental experience that much better. Kitchen flatware and appliances were all nice and in good shape. Having both cable and smart TVs in all places AND OUTSIDE was a GREAT PLUS! Only mild headache was that the garage was likely inhabited by pets/cats at one point in time, and it smelled as such, but house was fine so this didn't really set us back at all other than use of ping pong table. We would highly recommend as this property was well above average.

WE HAD A TERRIFIC TIME DESPITE SOME RAINY WEATHER. WE ENJOYED THE POOL WITH MORE POOL TOYS THAN ANY KID COULD ASK FOR! WE WENT TO SEE THE JACKSONVILLE ZOO AND CATTY SHACK WILDLIFE SANCTUARY WHICH ARE BOTH TERRIFIC. LOCAL RESTAURANTS WERE ALSO WONDERFUL. WE WILL RECOMMEND THE HOUSE TO OTHERS!

Getaway with the family, had an amazing time by the pool. Was able to relax and its location was close to everything we needed. We also were able to drive to St Augustine for a day visit and be back for an evening swim in the heated pool.

Wanted to find a place that allowed our family to find time together without the hassle of packing up to go to a pool. This house had amazing indoor and outdoor entertainment that allowed us to enjoy both environments. The pool and backyard were amazing and we found ourselves there day and night. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Recommend renting golf cart to make the full beach/island experience 😎. Would recommend this rental to our family and friends. Will definitely be back.

This is an older home but it has been renovated. The yard is great. We weren't bothered by too many bugs but it would be nice if there was a table in the screened porch where you could eat. The outside table did get a bit buggy.
The pool was warm and the fire pit was great at night.
Instruction books would be nice to figure out how to use the TVs. We could only get one channel.

Honestly, if this place would come up for sale, we would buy it, that’s how much we loved staying there. It has everything so whomever is managing the property spared nothing!!! we will stay here as long as it’s available every time we go to Jacksonville Florida.

This place is amazing! There is plenty of space between the twin living rooms and 3 bedrooms for a family or two. The kitchen is well stocked. The garage has everything you’ll need for the beach, as well as a nice washer/dryer, and an extra fridge. Both king sized beds are firm (which is what I like) and the queen bed is more bouncy/soft. The house is older and has a few flaws but it is well decorated and doesn’t feel old. The main event is obviously the backyard and pool, and will not disappoint! There are pool floats, etc in the shed, plenty of seating, shade, bbq, and anything else you would need to relax and unwind.
The communication was great any time I had questions and always friendly:)
It is a little farther from the beach than I thought but it was no big deal to drive because there was plenty of parking by the beach. The beach was scarce of people (which I also like lol) and we had a lot of room to play/enjoy ourselves.
Lastly, they let us bring our 5th family member 🐾 and he had a wonderful time at the beach too ❤️
10/10 would recommend! We will be back!

Awesome and very convenient location -- 5 minute drive to the beach, and close to all the shopping and dining you'd ever need. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our 5 night stay. And the pool/backyard is perfect! Communication with the property management team was quick and easy....couldn't have been a better stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We needed a place that could accommodate a mini family get together that wouldn’t feel crowded. And Isla’s Beach Oasis delivered!!
I’ve stayed on Jax Beach several times in the past, visiting friends in the area, and the location of this house was great! Everything you could possibly need is VERY nearby.
Management was super responsive to our needs…which were few, but as an example; the pool lights were on a timer that was set for Summer hours, so I called to try to get that changed to an earlier time. About 30 min later, the owner of the property came by and changed it.
The outdoor space at this property is amazing! The indoor is great as well, but we had some beautiful weather while we were there and spent as much time in the backyard as possible.
Would DEFINITELY rent this house again!

The beds were SO comfortable, down to the soft sheets. The outside oasis is just that - beautiful pool and outdoor recreation area. Very private. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Would stay here again. Mike was great as we settled in and a phone call away if needed (which we didn’t). And if you like Italian, try Gusto - right around the corner and fabulous food.

Great location for our needs! Super quiet, close to beach, nice jog routes, cycling routes, and visiting family who live in Jacksonville. Very nicely appointed! We would stay here again!
