Centrally located close to the beach (1.1 miles and Mayo Clinic (5.1 miles) as well as shopping, dining and other attractions. The home's kitchen is well stocked and we also provide all the needed linens, pool/beach towels, yard games, and gas grill. When the sun goes down, head to garage for a game of pool or darts. The home is all one level. With only one small step at the front entrance, those with mobility limitations will find it easy moving through the home. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is centrally located close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, the beach (1.1 miles) and Mayo Clinic (5.1 miles) Uber and Lyft are readily available as well as several taxi and private car services. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. This vrbo is awesome! Very clean,inviting, and affordable! If your wanting a vrbo close to the beach that isn't in the hustle bustle of the beach area but close enough to enjoy it this is your place! We wanted a secluded pool to not share with a condo, apartment, or resort area. The pool was clean and refreshing. The home is in a residential neighborhood, so I wouldn't recommend it for a party group, but for a family atmosphere it was perfect! My family loved it!!

great property..close to everything that you would want...pet friendly was very nice....very clean house and quiet neighborhood....had an issue with pool which was quickly resolved by property manager and host....would definitely recommend this rental.

Enjoyed our stay, especially with pool and a little one. Many additional activities with putting green and bean bag toss. 2 living areas to hang out in. For future renters, please advise people to run pool filler during stay (We are not pool owners and did not understand pool care). Also the mirror in main bathroom is too high to use (2 adults under 5'2") and no mirrors in 2 bedrooms. Master had several mirrors. Just made getting ready challenging.

The property was clean and located close to beach. We used the pool which was nice and warm. Dogs had plenty of room to run and play. I felt though there were too many rules! Also the landscapers came while we were there which caused us not to be able to use pool for the morning and when they left there was a mess in the pool of the clippings.

So I have VRBO's in Cape San Blas and Destin, and I was still impressed by the house. Everything it claimed to be and more. The management company Welcome Home was seriously awesome to work with. Good rental. Great beds and t.v.'s. Pool was awesome. Newer bedroom and dining furniture. Comfortable couches. Plenty of towels and adequately stocked cooking supplies and utensils. Great coffee bar. Would definitely rent this property again. Hopefully not during a hurricane. Ian definitely spoileded our swimming plans.

The house was the perfect amount of space for us to have a bachelorette party. The backyard was perfect for our dogs to run around in and the pool was perfect on hot days. As excited as we were to play pool in the garage we didn’t even get to it because the location was perfect to get to the beach. The owners were nice and easy to communicate with and answered all questions. The house was stocked with all the beach towels/equipment you could need which made packing to visit a lot easier! Would definitely stay here again!!

House is peaceful and in quiet neighborhood close to Mayo, beach and town. Roomy and be achy decorated. Very clean and communication was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

We drove & parked at the beach for free with no problem. The beaches were not particularly crowded this time of year either (even on the weekend!), and a handful of them allowed fur babies! :) We will be back again soon! :)

Great home! Located near the beach and plenty of dining. We were able to spend plenty of time relaxing by the pool. The company made check in easy with keyless access to the house. Great house set up and very nice backyard!

We stayed here for three days on our way home to NC from North Captiva, FL. Our family of 7 had a great time! Everything was amazing, quiet neighborhood, super clean home, crystal clear pool, which we used everyday, plenty of space and amenities, including pool toys, toys and chairs for the beach, bbq, pool table and cornhole. Beaches are close, but not within walking distance. This was not a problem for us. We went to Micklers Landing Beach which was fantastic. The beach has a small parking lot, so go early. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
