Short but sweet stay

Lovely cabin, nice high ceiling, thoughtful touches and everything you need for a short stay. Stacy was great with communication, would be happy to stay in #4 again!

The little cottage fit all my needs. Walking distance to the beach and a grocery store. Was obvious it had been renovated recently but still had a cozy, old school beach home vibe! loved it and have been recommending it to my friends!

Just love these cabins and the location. We continue to come back here because of the location, and Chip and Stacy. The cabins are clean, fun, and just adorable. They all have heat, AC, a large TV, the kitchen has all you need. So what if the cabins are small, did you come to Wells to stay inside? No...book one, you will be pleased you did.

We will go back for sure!

I'm an unusual renter. Old, with a geriatric, diabetic cat, so I needed this rental! I was used for many years to renting a full cottage in Cape Porpoise, at a special reduced rate. My friend needed to sell his sweet place. I spent a post Covid year trying t find a substitute. I give this place an A- for cleanliness. (Shower curtain liner needs replacing.) I met the owner - A+. A little hard to find the street address at night in the rain - right next to the Irving gas station :-). I am familiar with the area, and it would have been harder if I were not, and I still had to drive up and down twice. Put your Post Rd number more prominently in front!! Very small accommodations. Your advertising is accurate; it's still surprising at first. Front screen porch is a blessing. This is a modest, lovely, place. The design and theme is attractive. I would go back. I had a lovely time. Nice view out to the sunrise. Ease of parking. Easy for me to unload. Did I say I would go back? Yes! Thank you to the owners, Stacey an Chip.

Perfect place to stay! Great location for everything we wanted to see in the Kennebunk area. Would stay again the next time we visit Maine.

Cute cottage. Pets allowed which is a must for us. Stayed in efficiency cottage, should have gone with larger cottage as we brought our dog and could have used extra space. Nice property. Great location. Good communication with owner.

We had an incredible stay! Our family each rented a cottage. It was very comfortable to have our own space but plenty of room to meet on the grounds and enjoy the views and salty air. Being able to bring our dog was the best part. He felt so comfortable to play and explore Wells with us. Cannot wait for next summer, and hoping to plan a girls trip with my sisters next! Don't miss out on this vacation spot!

Cabin is as shown in photos and the skylight was wonderful! Last summer we brought our golden retriever and he especially loved the screened in porch. Nice to have everything you need and be so close to beaches and activities, don’t miss the donuts across the street!

Exactly what we were expecting and more. Excellent location, quiet and pet friendly. Easy check in and quick response from host. We look forward to staying again.

We stayed at a cute LITTLE cabin. Things we didn’t expect was actually how small the toilet and shower area were. This is not meant for anyone large in size. The cabins walls have minimal/no insulation. Those staying in cabins next to us would leave early and woke us up when loading car and closing doors. Could easily hear all the traffic on the road. The kitchen area sloped downhill which did make cooking some things a bit of a challenge and there were gaps in the seams of the wall above bathroom which did offer enough of a gap for bugs/hornets to enter. However, if you are looking for a place with a firm mattress, the basic necessities and in a central location this is not a bad place to stay.

We loved it so much that we extended for an extra Day. The place is great,clean peaceful and close to everything we needed . Stacey and her Husband are just wonderful. We are definitely coming back and letting all our friends know about this wonderful place . Thank u

Cozy cabin! Very clean and comfortable. Really close to beach and restaurants . Owner very nice and easy to communicate with. Had everything we were looking for! Hope to return again !!

More than a few decades since the last stay in a Maine coastal cottage .. the experience has ever been a fond memory and our stay this time enhanced the level of appreciation .. clean comfortable and private with full kitchen, WC and shower .. screened front porch and pet friendly .. Fannie, our Springer Spaniel puppy, was right at home .. Wells Beach short drive (5 min) down the road .. would stay again …

We had a great stay in cottage #4. Everything was very clean and Stacey was communicative. When we had questions it was easy to get in touch and immediate responses. Definitely would recommend this for a couple looking to explore the Wells/Ogunquit area with a centralized location
