The apartment was very well located, within walking distance of the Arena.
Communication was excellent, nd the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We really appreciated being able to check in early, as the apartment was ready before the official check-in time.
The apartment was spacious, clean, modern, and exceptionally well equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, a washing machine, an iron, and much more.
We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!
The only minor point is that the bed was a little too soft for my taste. However, this was a very minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience.

Clean and spacious apartment.with well equipped kitchen facilities…stylish decor. We loved that it had a washing machine and coffee maker. Loved Verona….this well located, modern apartment made for a comfortable stay. Just around the corner was the most wonderful garden restaurant, Pizza de Leon. Best food we have had in Italy. Looks expensive but very reasonably priced. Piazza Bra just a short walk away.
The people across the road caretaking and managing it were a little abrupt .

Raffaella was a wonderful host who greeted us very warmly. The location was excellent and the apartment was superb and spacious. It was very well equipped and the facilities were excellent.
There was very little not to like. The only reason we didn’t give it a 10/10 was there was no welcome basket/treats etc to greet us on arrival which we have experienced at many other places. Not expecting much but something a little homely on arrival would make the world of difference after a long travel time to get to our destination.
