Everything!
Brilliant location.
Dennis accommodated our check in time which kept changing dueto traffic & torrential rain on our drive up from Florence & was really helpful with tips on sights & places to eat nice local food.
Top floor has a great view across the river.
Slightly older but spotlessly clean and very well kept - welcoming & comfortable.
Generous space.
Good mattress.
AND WASHING MACHINE !! (our apartment in Florence listed one in facilities but didn't have one in practice!).
We are 10 min walk from everything including an Aldi supermarket.
Kitchen well set up with everything you need.
They even have 6 seat cushions if you're planning to see a performance at Arena Verona.
Car park 10min walk across river @10€ / 24hrs
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights in Verona & Apartment Tosca was perfect for exploring it.
We will be back!

1 tiny thing - a drying rack would be handy for when it is raining on the clothes line on the balcony! 😜

The apartment is clean and comfortable. It’s situated about 10 min to the city center and 30 minutes walking to the train station. It is located on the 5th floor, but has an elevator. The balcony was nice. I would have preferred to have the lockbox so we do not have to rush, especially with a small child, to meet someone at the door to take over the keys. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and gave us many recommendations for our stay.
The shower water was hard to adjust to the right temperature, it would change if you didn't shower quickly. Also the shower jet was very strong, no matter how you tried to adjust it it felt like needles were pricking you.
We didn't get any toiletries, luckily we had our own. We also didn't get a dish sponge, I found one in a cupboard, but it was dirty, as was the cleaning cloth.

The flat was as described and very central.
Licia is great host she was very in giving us recommendations and taking her time explaining where to go,eat…
I would just say that if you are planning to stay 5 days or more,just be aware that you will get one soap and one towel,but you can use the washing machine to clean your towel and clothes.I think it would have been nice to have extra soap.
The room wall is very thin and you can hear the neighbour at all time on phone or using TV. Of course,that is out of the host hand so you can’t really blame but I just would have liked to read a comment to be prepared knowing that I am a light sleeper.
