Enjoy island living in this spacious 3rd floor, 2 BR/2BA fully furnished condo just steps away from the beach along the Treasure Coast located on Hutchinson Island South (Stuart, FL.) The Hutchinson House condo community has an East and West side. This unit is on the beach side (East) and has views of the river from the master bedroom and the Florida room. It features private beach access, tennis courts, pickleball court, two swimming pools (East and West), outdoor grilling areas, clubhouse deck overlooking the ocean for entertaining or relaxing, and a walking path around the Hutchinson West/river side. This condo building is one of the few in the area with an elevator. The rental includes a covered parking spot, fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, games and books. There is also a desk with monitor, keyboard, mouse and laptop docking station. Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double sink and pocket door to separate the shower/toilet room. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with a pop-up trundle. Each room has their own flat screen TV with plenty of storage and walk in closets. Luxury bedding including duvet comforters and premium pillows for ultimate comfort.
Hutchinson Island South is a perfect getaway location for couples, a group of friends, or for families to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, delicious coastal foods and breathtaking views. Experience “The Sailfish Capital of the World” by taking advantage of one of its many deep-sea fishing adventures or golf on one of its 67 surrounding golf courses. Feed the stingray at Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center or witness the beauty of nature as newborn endangered sea turtles emerge from our beaches where they nest every year. Stuart boasts a pedestrian friendly downtown with a variety of boutiques, shops, and restaurants with live music. It is centrally located only 15 minutes from the New York Mets spring training in Port St. Lucie or 30 minutes from spring training of the Florida Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals in Jupiter. A day trip to Disney and Miami. West Palm Beach Airport is 45 minutes away and Ft. Lauderdale Airport is a 1 hour 20-minute drive.

We rented this condo for 7 weeks and were very pleased. The condo was spacious and clean, and had absolutely everything we needed! Felix provided so many extras - paper goods, condiments, cleaning supplies etc as well as beach towels, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas - anything we would need for fun in the sun! The only thing I would caution is that the condo sits on the major thruway in and out of Hutchinson Island, so there is some traffic noise. It didn’t bother us that much, but if you are a sensitive sleeper you would want to know that. The condo is in the perfect location - steps away from the beach and right next to a beautiful pool which was never crowded. The Clubhouse was unfortunately under repair, but guests also have access to all amenities at the HH Condos across the street which include pickleball courts, another pool and clubhouse and access to a private marina where you can watch stunning sunsets. Downtown Stuart is also very easy to get to as well as many wonderful restaurants (but Felix has everything you possibly need for cooking in!). We would definitely recommend this condo for all!!

We had a wonderful time at Felix’s home. It was spacious and clean. Had all the comfort of home. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook and prepare cocktails. The wine fridge was amazing bonus. We kept extra water and beer and wine of course. Wonderful added bonus. 2 nice size bathrooms. Big closets and a washer and dryer. The king bed was comfortable. The pools were refreshing but not cold. The people renting or living on property were friendly you never felt left out.
The riverside was lush with greenery and ponds. The beachside was just steps to get down into the sand. No crowds on the beach. Atlantic was amazing color blues and aqua. We loved our month stay and will be coming back next year. Filex is a great host and always there if you needed him. Thank you Felix for sharing your home with us.
