Oversized oceanfront 2880 square feet Villa with 3 large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms plus half bath. Expansive wrap-around terraces and balconies with 360' views of the turquoise water. One of the few villas with amazing views east to west of Elizabeth Harbor, Stocking Island, Crab Key and the February Point marina. Private Gazebo and dock that can accommodate up to a 30-foot boat. Relax on the verandas with lounge chairs, cook your fresh catch on the gas grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table perfect for outdoor entertaining and soaking in the stunning views. The main level includes a fully stocked modern open concept kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining room table for 8, and breakfast bar with 3 bar chairs for additional seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and serving pieces for cooking and entertaining. The large open dining room and living room have ample seating and include a couch, chairs, and lounge chair with ottoman. Main level also includes a half bath and laundry room with a brand new full-size stand-alone washer/dryer.
Second floor includes two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to be used as a King. The second bedroom has a King size bed. Bedrooms include jacuzzi tubs and seamless glass showers.
Top floor features a private, oversized Master's Suite with King size bed and luxurious Master bath. Over-sized hurricane impact sliding doors open to the veranda with breathtaking views. We just returned from an amazing week at Exuma Dreamin in February Point. This property was perfect for my family of 5 adults. The location is great! Just 5 min to town. And having our coffee every morning on the dock with the local turtles was the best way to start the day. Everything you need for a great trip is in this home.

The villa was perfect for our 3 couples. We were on the water 3 days straight, but the day it rained we enjoyed the comfortable villa and its porch. We cooked, grilled and and utilized lots of kitchen equipment. We loved the restaurant, pool and complimentary boat day. I would definitely like to return to stay here! I’ve been to Exuma 5 times and believe February Point is the best location.

Beautiful villa in a great location. Shortly after we arrived we went straight to the private dock to float and were greeted by sea turtles! Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with late model appliances. Loved the water dispenser and countertop ice cube maker! Also, we took full advantage of the 1 day boat rental taking it to the hot spots on Stocking Island!

We asked for an early check-in of 1:30 pm and did not get into the property until 4:30 pm. Our second night there, we had no propane for the grill and had to wait over an hour for delivery. That night our water went out at 7pm and did not return until 10:00 am the following morning….could not wash dishes, take showers or flush toilets and were awakened at 1am as the hot water heater had a piercing noise(we flipped the breaker on it).
As a VRBO owner myself, I know issues can happen, but after I communicated all our problems,she offered no comp, and was defensive. After I had to ask for comp, she finally offered a minimal amount.
This property is in an absolutely world class location and has stunning views from all rooms in the condo, but the kitchen needs some help. The pots and pans were in poor condition, as the Teflon was so scratched that it is really not safe for anyone. Please acquire a knife sharpener so that guests can sharpen the knives. There are only one or two plates that do not have big chips in them and almost all the glasses are plastic. There are 6 wines glasses…..none that match!
The deficiencies could be fixed very easily by the owner visiting her property or paying someone to keep everything in good condition. The on-site property folks were terrific (they had to come almost every day to reset the air-conditioner?), but they stated that they are not responsible for the condition of the contents of the property.
