I can fully recommend Bera Konya Hotel.
The facilities are great, hygiene was excellent and the staff was very friendly, kind and helpful.
The breakfast was excellent, great value for money and everything very well organised.

Very clean and comfortable; big room with all necessary amenities.

Functional hotel to spend one night in Konya. Big rooms, well equiped and fantastic breakfast

the breakfast was excellent, the location was only 15 minutes from the touristic area and old town bazaar
1. Poor quality of pillows
2. The weather was very cold outside so we had to close the windows. The aircon could not be programmed to cool, only hot, so stifling at night
3. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7.00, at at our departure at 7.30, still was not operational, so missed it
Breakfast was included, but expresso and Turkish coffee was charged separately, and we were not informed until we received the bill on check-out.
4.Most of the staff are not speak or even understand English, except one lady at reception who was very helpful.
5. The quality of the room was nothing like how it appeared on the pictures on the website
6. No glass or plastic cups in the bathroom for washing teeth and holding toothpaste and toothbrushes.
All things that if properly attended to would result in a better experience for visitors.
