Found insects on the bed which had bitten me and had a sleepless night. I had severe itching sensation and portion near

Facilities (Damaged switches and plug points) Sufficient parking not available for big cars. Insects in room

Exceptional

It was a sudden travel, hotel is good superb rooms are clean kids can enjoy in swimming pool, morning breakfast was nice food, good ambience and Atmos, but one thing i would request them to keep some emergency items like sanitary pads as it's a very big luxury hotel,they could take one extra cautious about to have the sanitary pads and give to the customers when they call on the home service, if by chance visitors would have forgotten to carry,otherwise it is a best sooperb hotel.

Good stay

Clean rooms, good restaurant, good location.

In-room dining is not up to the mark. Food is not good, and most of the time, the restaurant won't pick up the phone calls from the room.

It will be excellent if they change these.

The staff is good. Breakfast is yummy. Cleanliness is super. I reached the hotel early in the morning, and I could keep my luggage and get refreshed. I checked in at night.

I took the room to use the gym and pool. Unfortunately, both were closed at 9 pm when I returned after attending the meeting. I stayed at another hotel last time; both were open till midnight. The property seemed old.

Noisy Elevator

Location was excellent. Breakfast was great. Overall food quality very good.

My room was near the elevator and the elevator made lot of noise while operating. At night time the noise was awful 😖.... couldn't sleep peacefully. This needs to be repaired.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay

We stayed in suite and the room was really very nice. My kids were very happy with the stay at Abad. The breakfast was superb and also the location is accessible easily.

not impressive as expected

break fast was good even-though there are non trained staffs

internet, TV, Telephone was not working... waited staff around 30-35 min to visit the room for fixing (yet net & TV was not fixed) .. facilities are not arranged as per the booked no. of visiter.

Unforgettable experience

I love that our stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was great too. The highlight of our stay was our last night and my fiancee and I decided to dress up, I wore a saree for the first time. and Anisha, the front desk recep helped me dress up. She folded the saree and helped me through everything. I looked great! Will definitely stay here again. I cant wait to go back to Kerala!

I think we paid more than what the price was for our room in food. there was tax and I think that the price was just a little too much.

Breakfast was fabulous! Good location.The hotel lobby chairs are old and dirty. First impression of the hotel was not good.

The rooms are old and can be cleaner.

The location and room were excellent. Breakfast was very good. The washbasin in the bathroom needs attention. As usual I enjoyed my stay there.
