Food was excellent. Good customer service. Clean rooms. Central location but with sound proofing.

Food is impeccable and has consistently been the best food I have had in Kerala. The staff are very attentive and the food and location are their top points. I absolutely adore this hotel and I have come back as a regular guest.
Room service was slightly disappointing - we asked for some ice and they said theyre on their way but we didnt receive it. Room layout was not ideal and the view was poor but aside from that the hotel is top.

The location is excellent. Right in the ‘happening’ centre of Kolkata. Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is as clean as staff can get it given the ageing infrastructure. Very reasonably priced
The building is old with peeling wall and ceiling paint in our room. Bathroom tiles are old and discoloured. The toilet is old and stained. Beds are comfortable and clean but bed linen is very basic.
