The location is excellent for transport access. The metro station is only 200 metres away, and South Railway Station is about 150 metres away. This makes it easy to get around without needing Uber or auto rickshaws, which can be quite expensive. Shopping destinations such as Lulu Mall are easily accessible. The staff are polite, professional, and straightforward. The hotel felt safe and well managed throughout my stay.
Parking can be a bit challenging as the parking area is sloped rather than flat. However, given the local conditions, a flat layout could potentially create drainage issues during heavy rain, and unauthorized parking may also become a problem. Considering these constraints, it is understandable and not something I would criticize the hotel for.
The hotel is located in the city centre, so the area is naturally busy and crowded. That is a characteristic of the location rather than a fault of the hotel. In fact, the location is one of its biggest strengths. It is conveniently situated on the Kochi Metro line between the Aluva and Tripunithura terminal stations, with the metro station only a short walk away and South Railway Station nearby. This provides easy access to public transport, shopping, restaurants, and key attractions across the city. A significant amount of money can be saved on Uber rides and auto rickshaws by using the metro instead.
If your priority is staying in the heart of Kochi with excellent connectivity, this hotel is very well positioned. The staff are polite, professional, and straightforward, and the property felt safe throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.
Hotel does not meet international tourist standards. The bathroom setup was inconvenient. It used a bucket system with only an overhead shower and no handheld shower. There were no hooks to hang clothes, and the towel rack was placed inside the shower area, which meant towels got wet - very impractical. Toiletries were insufficient, with only one set provided for a double-occupancy room. There was also no fridge or in-room safe. Despite being a newer hotel, the power points were not suitable for multi-style international appliances.
Breakfast was very disappointing. There were only one or two main dishes with gravy, along with cereal, boiled eggs, juice, and bread with jam. That was all - very limited and not value-adding.
Safety was a major concern. On the second night, a group of youths became heavily intoxicated and started fighting and shouting from around midnight until approximately 3 a.m., severely disturbing guests. When we asked staff the next morning, we were told they were hotel guests. If so, they should have been warned or asked to leave. That night, my husband called reception and was told staff were trying to contact the manager. He advised them to call the police instead, as the situation felt threatening—we had no way of knowing whether it was just alcohol or something more serious.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely not
