I loved the flawless cleanliness, attentive and polite staff, and the incredibly comfortable, spacious rooms. The convenient location—close to major local landmarks made the stay exceptional.
We asked the hotel to arrange a private cab from Kochi to Munnar with sightseeing included. However, the driver only stopped at a few places along the route and refused to take us to the main sightseeing spots in Munnar. Whenever we requested a stop, he claimed the area was affected by a landslide or accident and suggested booking another cab the next day for sightseeing. The hotel manager appeared to support the driver's approach, which was disappointing. In hindsight, it would have been better to book an Uber instead of using the hotel's private cab service.
This was disappointing, and we expected better coordination from the hotel regarding the cab service.
