Suite # 6 - a smaller 1 bedroom unit that opens up to the living room: sleeps up to 4 people, but maximum 2 people are recommended if privacy is needed because it's smaller and the bedroom doesn't have a door that shuts. It's located in one of a kind small boutique rustic ocean and beach view Condo Hotel. All units have separate entrances from outside. This unit #6 is1 flight of outside stairs down from where you park your car along upper building. Please park behind office sign.

The property is positioned around 75 ft. above sea level away from the busy street, nestled in quite, residential neighborhood with spectacular ocean and beach views...Short walk to the beach (5-7 min) or very short drive on the same road: free parking and bathrooms at Canyon dr. ocean front park. Fly kite, watch whales, collect rocks (agates can be found), stroll, bike, jog, walk, make a bonfire, watch wild life, relax listening to crashing waves and more. One of the best wide stretch sandy beaches in the area, where you can walk for miles.

Had dog hair and we didn’t have a dog. Everything was awesome, had a great time. Enjoyed our stay and the view! Host was excellent.

Ive always loved this place.The view is amazing. The rooms are older but clean.The employee there was very nice.I will be back!Been coming here for over 25 years.

Room seemed really clean but it was needing some work done on rust on things. Fireplace was not really clean. Bed was nice but not very easy to get into, they have it up too high. The entrance and stairs are sketchy. The hand rail pulled away and I nearly fell while walking on slippery stairs. Parking is tight but the view is amazing and beach access is great. Overall I was okay but my husband thought otherwise.
