Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Bay Creek Pool is open seasonally and is generally closed from October - April. This vacation rental is located in Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed inside the resort. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This is a cozy section in a condo on Edisto Beach. My Fiancé and I stayed here on a weekend getaway from work and school. It was comfortable and a nice space. I would have to make a few notes though. The wine glasses are very thin and fragile, we accidentally broke one while washing it in the sink. Also, there were a few rips and tears in some of the bedding. Also, the bathtub features water jets, like a jacuzzi, pretty neat. Only thing was my fiancé did not get to use them, as the water had been sitting for I don’t know how long, and smelled rotten and gross, so we didn’t get to even use that. All in all, it was a decent stay. Would I stay here again? It’s possible. It’s a fairly attainable and reachable destination, although for the cost, there was nothing really extraordinary about it. If you need a quick weekend getaway, this was one of only options we had for the last minute time frame and the price.

The location is great and Edisto Island definitely worth a visit. The condo was not spotless and it had a funky odor. The management company was responsive but some of the items could not be addressed during our 3 night stay. We were without hot water on the last day of our stay. Again the management company was responsive but it was nighttime and nothing could be done - except cold showers. The sink in the master bath was stopped up when we arrived - I poured boiling water into the drain which helped for the duration of our visit. The last thing we wanted to do is wait for repair people when we were there for only 3 days. Regular routine maintenance could avoid having the paying guests deal with maintenance issues. A bit disappointing.

The description was somewhat misleading. Beach access was not a ten-minute walk unless you wanted to go to the Bay Creek area which is not the Atlantic Ocean.

The unit was very clean and it had a nice view of the water. It was beside the marina so we got to enjoy the restaurant’s live music from the balcony of the unit. It was very close to beach accesses and everything on the island. I also enjoyed that the building was very quiet and was gated.

Condo was comfortable, and we'll appointed. Bed was comfortable, which is very important to me. The only problem that I had was that the kitchen was so well stocked that there was no room in the cupboards for groceries. They had to remain on the counter.

We had such a nice relaxing visit at Edisto and this condo. It was very clean and I was happy to see kitchen necessities and room amenities so well stocked. The views are so amazing. We watched the sunrise every morning, dolphins sightings two of those mornings, boats and yachts coming and going, live music from the marina… all from sitting on our balcony. We loved it! We drove to a different beach access everyday which we found to be fun. Menu list in the white notebook needs to be updated of Resturants and menus. Our wifi was shoddy a couple of days we were there, but resolved by the end of our stay. Overall it was a great stay!

We watched the sunrise every morning, dolphins sightings two of those mornings, boats and yachts coming and going, live music from the marina… all from sitting on our balcony. We loved it!
We drove to a different beach access everyday which we found to be fun.

Menu list in the white notebook needs to be updated of Resturants and menus. Our wifi was shoddy a couple of days we were there, but resolved by the end of our stay.

Overall it was a great stay!

This rental worked perfectly for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked well, it was walkable (via road) to a beach access, the view was lovely. The only thing to know is your view is essentially a working dock, which was neat until someone had a very loud party on their boat two nights. It won't deter us to stay again, but it is a risk you should know about if you want quiet.

The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating. The living area was comfy and so were the rooms. The only draw back is that the pool was not heated, but that’s not anyone’s fault, just an older pool.

We enjoyed our stay at Bay Creek Villa. The sunrise from the deck was beautiful! The villa has been recently updated and the complex is in a quite, relaxing area with a short walk to the beach. We had a great time and would stay again!

We have stayed several times at this particular condo and absolutely love it. The only problem we found was that since it changed from just plain Atwood to Vacasa, we often request early check-in and the lady who answered the phone had no idea if our room was ready for us or not. She was supposed to send an email which never came.

This villa 213 was updated, clean and has very comfortable beds. The view was amazing! You don’t need a TV with this kind of view.
