It is small and older for sure but has a fantastic ocean view and a comfortable bed, Both are a big plus.

property is a bit older. takes a long time for hot water to shower. they definitely need a new couch in the living room, don't recommend sitting on it. wifi was good. view is beautiful but you have to drive around the block to get down to the beach. very central for lincoln city. definitely eat at Pier 101. amazing food.

The view was amazing! One bed was great the other hard but that's my only complaint. Manager was very accommodating.
