Breakfast was just so so but nicely displayed. We enjoy places with breakfast and there is always a different expectation. It was doable.

The location to the beach
It is an old and odd room layout. Dated! Fireplace didn’t work.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean.
The e laundry facilities were in operation past the time posted. We required an ADA room leaving us to face the parking lot in the ground floor. There was a great deal of noise and traffic. Not what we expect when on a retreat at the beach.
