You can walk across the street to eat at local restaurants or check out the day's catch. It is also convenient to local supermarkets. Covered parking allows easy, convenient access to the building & the unit utilizes keyless entry. Once inside, up to 14 occupants can start the vacation of a lifetime. Unit 2005 offers unmatched decor where guests will enjoy their rest on a king bed in the master and 2 queen sized beds in each of the other 3 bedrooms. Boasting a large 75 inch smart TV, the living room is the easy spot to watch ballgames. Some may choose to enjoy the cool comfort of the astonishing views, while some may want to go out onto the spacious balcony. A beautiful dining area adorns the balcony and a lounger and love seat make hanging out and relaxing easy as well. I am not sure what point I will be given a survey so I am working on one now. The views are fabulous; best I have ever seen. The bedrooms were comfortable and just right for a good night’s sleep including comfy quilts and sheets. Being able to walk to the beach, see the beach and have access to a pool is wonderful. Thank you for having covered parking. I can see how important that is for a sunny and hot day. The table and general seating was perfect. LOVE the outside space - spacious and great seating.Things that I wish could be improved - Either providing the following or letting guests know that they need to provide: coffee filters, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap for the kitchen, wine bottle opener, more trash bags, things for food storage like plastic wrap. Other things that would be helpful: a properly functioning coffee pot, water faucets that don’t drip, hooks for wet swim suits and beach towels, better guide to the TV, list of things going on in OB (your opinion of best restaurants, availability of family friendly activities, list of tennis or Pickleball, bingo and trivia nights, to name a few).

Beautiful view and lots of space. Family of 15 with 6 kids ages 1-9. Elevators are fast and made staying on the 20th floor a breeze!

Unit is in a great location, the overall property is well maintained . The individual unit itself was in dire need of maintenance and cleaning!!! On arrival we had a water leak comming from the wall and out onto the tile floor. called desk to report they are not responsible for individual units.However after the third day of our stay and mopping up water they solved the problem. The A/c unit was filthy, I spent 2 hours vacuuming dust and debris from the ac unit, sticker for service indicated it had not been serviced or filters changed since may and my stay was first week of october. furniture and couches and rugs were filthy and stained. Overall the complex was very clean and nice, however for what we paid for a 7 day stay the condo owners need to have it professionally cleaned before renting it out.

The condo was is descent condition when we arrived from what we could tell. The location was perfect, everything was convenient. But the condo could use some upgrades. The ice maker leaked multiple times, the refrigerator ice maker locked up and leaked, didn't work right. The sinks would not turn off properly in the kitchen and most bathrooms.The bed in the master suite is completely worn out with a big hump in the middle of it. There was trash under the beds and furniture that had not been picked up. The couch is filthy, who would put a white couch in a rental. The knobs on the TV cabinet in the living room kept falling off and the baby dropped one one of them on her toe, she will probably loose that toenail.The floors were not cleaned, we swept multiple times, I know it's hard with the sand, but the kids were running around barefoot and had black feet!They barely left enough towels for our 11 people and no washing machine soap at all. Only one hand towel per bathroom, and no dish soap at all, I've never been in a condo that left so little to use. The coffee pot and dishwasher are completely worn out, the coffee pot kept shutting off and the dishwasher wouldn't work the first time we turned it on ever, always had to turn it on twice.The day security guard is a complete jerk and was very rude to us during our entire stay.The night guard was very friendly and nice. Our representative Mark from Alabama Vacation Properties very friendly and helpful, as was the older lady at the front desk, she was great!The price was very reasonable and we enjoyed all getting to stay together!We would stay again or recommend to a friend if some upgrades were made, otherwise we would prefer a different unit next time.

It was a beautiful condo! Very spacious, beautiful views of sky and ocean. Reminded us to be thankful to God for His creation. Could see sunrise from the condo and could see sunset from the 6th floor parking garage. Some finds I didn’t know were available were great ice machine to fill our small coolers, air nozzle in indoor pool area for all inflatables, 3 beach chairs, keurig and regular coffee maker. I was concerned about 20th floor but really didn’t matter. The elevators were fast. It didn’t ever seem crowded. Finding parking was easy as well. The only negative was the height of the beds. Very tall but very comfortable for sleeping. Overall a great stay.

This condo is very accommodating for a large group. We stayed in this same condo last year too, but this year, it was not nearly as clean. All of the appliances worked and the kitchen was well equipped. It just needs a really good scrubbing. Under the beds had trash from previous guests, walls had a lot of dirt and spills on them, and there was a lot of old dust/dirt under furniture and in the laundry area. We also had issues with the door not closing completely and inadvertently left our door open until we realized that you have to pull up on the handle a bit to secure it properly.

I could stay in this dreamy condo forever! Orange Beach is a frequent destination for my family, but we have never stayed in a condo with such beautiful views. Place was exactly as described. The 20th floor brought beautiful views. It was clean, well stocked, fast elevators, pool area was nice (wish the hot tub was outside), grills were decent but gas would be nice, beautiful sand beach. Close by to many bars/restaruants. Communication prior to check-in was excellent and we didn't need anything during. Would highly recommend!

We loved this condo! Beautifully decorated, perfect location, clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with 2 coffee systems. This is our 15th girls trip and we have stayed in a lot of nice houses and condos, but this is probably best one yet! Loved it

We had a great time and the property was beautiful. The coffee pot didn’t work but they quickly replaced it following our request. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom was provided but after those were gone we had to purchase our own…. Not a huge deal but would have liked to have known prior to running out… same with the paper towels.
The property manager was easy to reach which was great!
Overall it was a fabulous stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was breathtaking, the furniture comfortable, the kitchen adequately supplied, and the beds supplied with with an ample amount of pillows and blankets. It should be noted that the beds are VERY high off the floor. Since some of our group are small in stature, the high beds were a bit of a challenge to get in and out of. This may be a concern for groups with senior citizens or young children.

Very beautiful condo. Our family all joined us from different states and we all loved the place. Plenty of room for 11 of us. It felt like our home away from home. We even prepared a big prime rib dinner on Christmas Day. Being there made our Christmas very special. Accept the wrong 10 days for weather!!!!! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets made each day special. Those views.

Decor is the best ever! Contract cleaning did not do their job! We found a filthy skillet (dried eggs covering the bottom, dirty plastic glasses, wine glasses with lipstick stains and dirty blankets. All reported to Alabama Beach Vacations. Perhaps previous renters put dirty dishes away. But who could miss yellow eggs. On a skillet! We did submit a picture. We love the place so much it will not affect our decision to return because we will!

I chose this location specifically because it would sleep my family of 12 in one unit. The unit is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked, the deck furniture was accommodating and very comfortable, and overall the stay was excellent. The pool area is very kid friendly and the only negative would be that it is hard for adults to find a place away from kids at the pool. Dealing with the rental company was pleasant and we would for sure stay here again.
