Dopo la prenotazione per due adulti e tre animali domestici, abbiamo chiesto ai proprietari le istruzioni per entrare in casa, ma hanno risposto che ce le avrebbero indicate solo dopo il pagamento di 250,00 euro di caparra + 15 euro di tassa di soggiorno da inviare a un iban privato, ci è sembrato strano ma trattandosi di una struttura per la quale garantiva Booking, abbiamo effettuato il pagamento.
Una volta effettuato il pagamento della caparra abbiamo telefonato alla struttura dicendo che saremo andati con tre gatti, motivo per il quale chiedevamo la possibilità di check-in anticipato per non restare in mezzo alla strada con i gatti in macchina se fossimo arrivati un po’ prima e non ci è stata comunicata nessuna cifra aggiuntiva da pagare.
Una volta arrivati ci hanno fatto entrare in casa insieme ai nostri tre gatti e anche in questa occasione non ci hanno comunicato niente rispetto a costi extra per gli animali.
Qualche giorno dopo il nostro check-out abbiamo chiesto la restituzione della caparra che ci è stata negata adducendo costi aggiuntivi quali il pagamento dei gatti e delle pulizie per lavanderia e personale, dando cifre a caso senza inviare ricevute. Ci siamo dunque messi in contatto con Booking per il tentativo di frode e messi in contatto anche con un avvocato.
Inoltre, tra i servizi offerti c’era scritto che ci sarebbe stata la macchina del caffè, cosa che invece non c’era e ci ha portato ogni giorno a far colazione fuori spendendo soldi e perdendo tempo, il bidet non funzionava, il boiler gocciolava, mancava l’asse da stiro annoverata tra i servizi, le chiavi per entrare in casa non funzionavano bene e ogni volta rimanevamo a lungo fuori. Non c’era nessun prodotto per le pulizie, ma solo un micro asciugamano da utilizzare come strofinaccio. La casa era molto umida, in camera da letto si creava la condensa sui vetri.
