Historic property sits on 2.7 acres and is nestled among Charleston style gardens in the heart of Lexington South Carolina. Rustic villa (renovated original carriage house) Approximately 1100 square foot.The Villa is within walking distance to downtown Lexington, park and amphitheater. It has one bedroom with a full-size bed and sitting area, one bathroom, and Two large sitting areas. The Villa overlooks a secluded private pool. The total number of guest on the property is four. The pool is for guest only And there will be a charge for any additional guest visiting the property however it must first be approved for visiting guest.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here last week. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared—it truly felt like a home away from home.What really stood out was the host. They were incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find that level of care and communication, and it made the experience that much more enjoyable.The location was perfect for exploring Lexington, and after a full day out, it was so nice to come back and relax in such a welcoming space.We would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so the next time we’re in Lexington. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay!

This is an amazing little property with a private pool. It’s an hour away from Augusta which was perfect for the Masters. It’s got plenty of space and the host Rebecca is the most hospitable host ever! We would stay here again if we ever came down again.
